For me, the sweet spot is about 4 days.
Allow me to give you the breakdown:

Day 1 - normal, fresh wear

Day 2 - flipped inside out

Day 3 - flipped front to back

Day 4 - flipped front to back and inside out

Always a clean side reserved for skid marks.

How long do you go before changing draws?

I change daily, but 2 days is fine if you forgot to do the laundry or something. I don't see how flipping it inside out is gonna help. It's thin fabric so the dirt, sweat and smell is in the entire thing after a day anyway.
