The only movie I've seen of his was End of Watch, which was mediocre.
End of Watch was amazing.

Looks Batman saves Harley after Joker ditches her to escape from him? that's Batman right here, take notes Snyder.
Batman in this trailer was more in-character than the entirety of BvS.
Should have just been a Batman/Joker/Harley movie.
Don't really give a shit about any of the other characters.

I think it looks great, my only problem is everyone seems quiet into their characters whereas Will Smith is doing Will Smith, I'm not familiar with Dead Shot tho so it's not a big problem for be.
I could see people railing against Harley and Enchantresses costumes, but I feel like the real question should be what the hell is up with Katana's outfit.I wonder if there will be any backlash to Harley Quinns portrayal, i have no problem with it, but I cant help watching thinking some people in these times might be upset by her.

he's producing the entire slate of films though. but tbh i doubt he had much input in this. look at how comic book accurate all of his costumes are and then look at this film's joker/harley/boomerang etc. for instance.
this is clearly an outside project from ayer/WB that they had to fit into the rest of the plan.
edit: batman looks a lot leaner in here. hopefully they go with this look in justice league. it's great.
All the scenes look pretty good but as a trailer, I preferred the last one
yeah that trailer was Fury Road levels of extremely tight trailer editing. this isn't nearly as good but i love some of the scenes in here.
Im not diging it. I have a feeling its going to be Will Smith featuring the Suicide Squad anyways. I might get behind a Harkey Quinn movie. She seems to have good comedic timing but I guess we will see.
Nah. I'm not big on her actual writing team, by and large, but I prefer the character she's developed into to the one started as. You read the April Fools special? Good stuff, and by the writer that's going to be handling her in the Rebirth Suicide Squad book.

executive producing, basically he is doing fuck all in this movie.
BvSSupes isn't the only metahuman out there.
They're talking about him in the past tense. The guy is asking that question in order to explain the metahuman situation.
Executive Producer, which usually doesn't mean much at all. Hopefully that's the case here.Snyder is producing this.

the only thing I'm a little concerned about is Rick Flagg, after Joel Kinnamin stunk up the latest season of House of Cards. Hopefully this is a role like Robocop or Run All Night which doesn't require much acting range from him. Going from Hardy to him was a mega downgrade though.

His wife and him are producing all of the DC comic movies.
I could see people railing against Harley and Enchantresses costumes, but I feel like the real question should be what the hell is up with Katana's outfit.
I wouldn't go that far. He built the timeline of events. He didn't write the script but there will be story specifics he is responsible for.
After the shit that was BvS you can't really blame me. I want to believe again.Whoa there! Its just a trailer.
Frankly my biggest issue with Ayer has been all of his endings. Fury was a great war movie til the last act. They seem to almost all have been really bad TBH. If that aspect can be cleaned up it should be just fine.

Of course. Batman v Superman made it pretty clear that broken Batman was a one movie thing. What does that change? Is he not in charge of making sure everything fits together in the end? IE there's a reason Bats is the way he is in BvS and there's another reason why Bats is the way he is in SS, but ultimately the reasons will make sense in conjunction?
Harsh Times is excellent, especially because of Bale. The only movie I've seen of his was End of Watch, which was mediocre.
Nolan was a executive producer of Man of Steel by the way.
Too good tooo pure for this world.
So this is definitely post BvS, right?
I mean, the guy in the first line isSo that's gotta be after BvS right?referring to Superman in the past tense. "Who would have stopped him?"
Someone else mentioned that he wrote Training Day, which doesn't have a good ending either.
There's big difference between producer and an executive producer. It's pretty obvious this was an Ayer thing he wanted to do and WB liked the pitch enough to fit the movie in whatever timeline they have for this shared universe.
