This album is going to be awful, especially compared to the hype they have wanted to create. 20+ songs for this type of album is wayyyyyyyy too much.

And this is coming from someone who was pleasantly surprised by "If You're Reading This It's Too Late," all that good will is gone in my eyes now.

That's 3 more than if you're reading this it's too late. What are you whining about exactly?

I have a feeling this album will be a disappointment, nothing Drake has put out thus far for this album has instilled any confidence from me. "One Dance" sounds like a cheap "Hotline Bling/Work" cash-in & everything else sounds like rejects from "If You're Watching This It's Too Late". It'll be played on the radio regardless, but meh not too excited for it.

I like it, but then again, I'm from the 6, I see that tower almost everyday, it's iconic to me, spent most of my childhood in the 6, my mobile number is still the 6.. So guess you could argue that I am a bit biased towards it. but I like it.

It's one of those "You know it, if you know it" things I guess....

Having said all these, I can;t even name you more than 2 Drake songs, not a fan of his music.

Running down the six with my woes, and Hotline Bling? right?

What the fuck is the 6?

I always thought it was the 6 in the original Toronto area code 416.

But apparently (according to a post few posts above) its the six cities forming one big Toronto mega city.

So.. we got Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, North York, Metro Toronto, Etobicoke?

I donno, seems a bit of a stretch to me, I am still goign with the 416 (original area code of Toronto, over half a century, before cell phones were a thing.

Six cities make up the Toronto megacity

I live right outside Toronto and never knew this >_>.
Google is telling me it's Toronto, Scarborough, North York, York, East York, and Etobicoke. Is that actually right?

Edit: Well now I know thanks to the above post. Interesting.

Ok, at first I thought it was just a picture of the tower. Which would have been really dumb. But now I see him sitting there. I think it's brilliant. I'm excited for the album, actually. Been liking his output the last few years.

I always thought it was a 416/647 thing but I guess they both make sense. Either way, six has always been my fave number, so I don't mind it, even if it is dumb. <_<

East York, York, and "Old" Toronto, gimme a fucking break, those "cities" don't even add up to the size of Vancouver downtown, York and East York were named probably back in the day when, people had to walk or take the ol' slow ass street cars everywhere. Anyways I have no idea what I'm trying to say here, but 25 years of living in North York, I've never heard anyone say to me they live in "York" or "East york" or "old Toronto"

But I've heard many say they live in "Scarborough" "Nort York" "Downtown" "Etobicoke" "Richmond Hill" etc etc.

Btw. I really like your username, respect.

I've never ever heard anyone say they lived in East York or Old Toronto either. That's what really threw me off

That's probably because they, like you, are too stupid to understand that York, East York, as well as Scarborough Etobicoke York and "Old Toronto" (Which is just what it's called now) were actually six distinct cities prior to 1998.

Whether or not they're bigger than Vancouver has literally nothing to do with it.

A shit cover for what will most likely be a shit album.

He doesnt put out bad albums. My man got men in tents in the studio ensuring that doesnt happen, ever. I dont think Views will be much of a rap album though, it will probably have more "worldly" music in it with an international vibe.

You don't have to be asshole bruh and call me stupid. I'm
Just saying I lived here for over 25 years. way before 1998, no one refers to York and EastYork by their name. It is just "downtown" or "Toronto Downtown"

But not nearly as dumb as "Tdot", the stupidest nickname for a city that could possibly exist.

Hogtown and The Big Smoke are also terrible.

The 6 is a massive step up, and it's a thing

It's a picture of the most iconic building in the Toronto skyline and it's called views from the 6.

Straight to the point.
