Well that's disappointing as hell. This game was revealed way too early and we've seen basically nothing of it. I guess TMS is the only Wii U game I'm buying until the platform officially dies next March.
So is the Wii U the only Nintendo console without an exclusive Zelda title?
Didn't they do this with TP and even release the Wii version first? Wii U owners won't be happy if they do that I'm sure.
Waiting until everything is ready. The Wii U and 3DS both suffered by being rushed. Clearly they want the NX to release when the OS and the launch titles are completely ready to go.I am honestly baffled right now.

Being Nintendo.
I'm really not sure why ppl continue to assume things when it comes to this company.
It's like 97 all over again with Zelda pushed back and Star Fox being the only big Nintendy release that year.
Yes and that just clearly tells us just how much of a failure the Wii U is. So much it wasn't even worth of having an exclusive main Zelda game.

Please yes!Skyward Sword HD Incoming
Why? Maybe the version not for the shiny new box ends up being the best one, TP GCN was better than TP Wii.
Am I the only one not upset by tonights developments? I support them 100 percent, though the slight disappointment I have is E3 being Zelda-centric as I want more Mario love.
I can't believe there is an NX version in development. Doesn't this almost guarantee lack of BC?

Stop it with these hindsight biases, people!Have to say this was in fact an easy bet.
That's because Wii practically is Gamecube.Well, Twilight Princess was the same way and the Wii was backwards compatible, so no.
