Anything less than a 65% win from Bernie is a lost. A 49% tie is devastating.

Most states have a viability threshold (minimum vote percentage to qualify for delegates)
No, Sanders could make Hillary unviable in the state if he wins by a high enough margin, something he has pulled off only in Vermont in beleive.
