Because Zangief is Zangief, there's literally no real reason to change that guy..
But its just like one of my japanese animes!
I don't get it, it's like being irked that someone says Tomb Raider drew inspiration from Uncharted despite existing a good 10 years prior and vice versa after Uncharted got big and drew some inspiration from Tomb Raider reboot in their sequels.
Could be, and it could be that the people that cribbed stuff for Ibuki got it from Naruto.
No way to tell either way. But people love pointless arguments, so...whatever. Not like it's the first SF reveal to off tangent because of stupidity.

So they did just use some default theme for the trailer and it isn't even in the game just like the other trailers. Its a remix of her New Generation theme.
Ibuki chart is basically the same as rashid but Karin tier health.

Ibuki's been delayed until June; she's now releasing concurrently with story mode.

All the uncharted games were out b4 Tomb Raider besides 4. I annoyed when I see this, TR reboot completely took inspiration from Uncharted. It's ridiculous IMO how similar they made it. Uncharted has never played anything like older tomb raider titles however.

Hey, with this screenshot I noticed she has icons for her kunais. Hmm wonder if they're her v-trigger or something else.

So bumed out on her delay. Story mode and her prob won't be out till June 30th.
Remember how they improved Ryu? They gave him a beard, and took away his shirt.
They cannot do that with Zangief! He is already as sexy as he can be. He is basically perfect.
No, blog post says her V-Skill is the energy blast she's shooting out from her hand in that screenshot.

Guess what? Turns out Hinata's uniform was based on Ibuki's :OOne thing that bothers me: does Hinata (Rival Schools) use the same uniform?

Ha, that's neat. They shoulda thrown Ibuki in there too. Have her challenge Batsu (another ninja).
I wouldn't be surprised if that was the original idea. He mentions in the interview that Batsu's chain mail beneath his shirt is due to him being part of a ninja school originally.

Oh, so they were the same after all. Not that any of this makes real sense, but isn't Ibuki's high school a front for a hidden ninja school? Then again, I guess such school would probably have normal (non-ninja) students anyway...
While this sucks if 100% confirmed, it would give some credibility to that May merges with June update rumor that mentioned Sagat as a bonus. (Yeah I'm grasping at straws to keep positive here..)

Too bad the redesign of wearing a schoolgirl outfit doesn't have an ounce of creativity or aesthetic flair. It's disappointing they felt the need to go down this route.
