Aw, I missed the whole lunch break as the stream died and I just thought they were going offline for awhile.

Yeah, then I heard the back story. At first, I didn't know if they just ran into some fans that happened to be getting lunch as well.
I have been following these guys for 15 years now, and to me, it feels totally normal to check out what these guys are doing, covering or general mischief they are getting into once or twice a week. But then I don't exactly know how I would explain this to my friends that wouldn't make me sound like a crazy person, haha!

Yeah, it's weird that something like that is still a luxury. Looking away from the road to check a blind spot isn't exactly ideal.

It was cringey. So much so that I stopped watching it but it wasn't a disaster. In many ways, it felt unnecessary because the announcements on that show could have been made pre-E3 via YouTube trailer or press release. It just felt like a waste of time.

A lot of E3 presentations are like that, no?
Anyway, we found out NMS is day and date on PC so it was an okay event.
The PC Show was great (well, wait, no, perfectly watchable I mean) last year, in no small part because Sean Plott's a legit charismatic fella. It's 100% a sequence of PR messages, but Sean did a good job last year of humanising the mouthpieces (not entirely dissimilar to the casual charm that GB brings to its dev sofa-talks). I expect this year's will be similar, with some improvements, being a second attempt. Plus, I wanna hear that delicious Klei announcement.
