You don't see what a game being rushed on a new engine for a new launch console has to do with wonky controls? It's not that uncommon.
The fourth one is hidden behind a puzzle that involves the requirement of performing a ritualistic sacrifice and drawing blood in the name of Phil Spencer.
The animation priority was a clear design choice, not an issue of being rushes. They're not inconsistent, they're just painfully sluggish because of a focus on animation rather than practicality.

No, it does not look similar to 3.
I won't deny that DR3 is an ugly (but awesome) game! But these screens are the worst, and Capcom wouldn't publicize it either to show the game.
I'm sure you don't want to reveal much, but are they brand-new characters, or were they ones that were present in the original?

I really hope they don't pull the same shit as last time and outright lie to everyone saying the game will NEVER EVER come to any console other than Xbox 1...and then they fucking brought it to PC.
I have absolutely no problem with timed exclusives, or lifelong exclusives, I do have a problem with straight up lying and saying it will never come to that platform when it does.
If they knew they were going to bring it to PC eventually, all they had to do was be vague about the future of the title or simply choose not to comment. You don't tell a bold faced lie thats 100% untrue to mislead people into buying the inferior version.

I wouldn't hold you to anything, but If i understand correctly you're saying that they may do a timed exclusive again, but at least they'll be upfront about the fact that it will be coming to PC later?
I'm not one of those people that gets upset that the game is no longer exclusive as if it somehow takes something away from me now that other people get to enjoy it, my frustration comes from the fact that I didn't want an Xbox one at all, but bought the entire system just for DR3 on the basis that I was intentionally led to believe that the game would never ever come to my platform of choice.
