I liked the Grantland write-ups on GoT, but now that the writers who did that work for HBO at The Ringer/"After the Thrones" it seems like they're in full "must not say anything negative" mode a la Chris Hardwick.

The Vox coverage is actually really good, it's headed up by an ex- Av club editor and generally nails the show IMO. You have to look past the shitty headlines though.
