They had last year's big announcements locked down. I think some small site might have reported on FF7 or TLG, but everyone dismissed it because it sounded so ludicrous.

I think it's easy to predict what will happen at MS Press conf. Of course there will be surprises but yeah...

yea there will be surprises, but i mean with some of the leaks it just takes away from it. We know at some point the slim model talk is coming. But it's already leaked so at this point we're just waiting for a date and a price.
I mean even last year the MS conference was kinda predictable. It was good, but we knew how it would play out. Even the stuff we really didn't know about wasn't a big shock. I think the biggest thing last year for them at least for me was the BC announcement. That was last year right?

It's definetly a lot of stuff when you consider it's a 90 minutes conference and games like Gears 4, Battlefield 1 and others will get live demos.
The Slim was definetly the big announcement of the ending part where they'll probably talk about their new direction and integration with Win10.
Btw talking about the Sony conference....god please....if Sony has to lose time on Watch Dogs 2, Titanfall 2 and COD Infinite Warfare because they got the marketing rights....plus the VR section....most of it will be a borefest for my tastes :/
