Giant Bomb @ E3 2016 | WEED3

Well to be honest, devs and stuff said 1080p60fps was gonna work with PS4 and xbox before release and see where we ended up.

The 1070 still has more Tflops than it will have on its release next year so...

Brad living in the dream that I want to be in. No chance anything hits 4k60. PCs are crippled by that, and unless MS is selling this thing at $1000 that is not even close to happening.

Funny enough. The power stuff for me isn't the reason to get a PC but simply the fact that 90 per cent of games are there. I feel that point isn't stressed out enough.

I have zero interest in "POWER". I just want the most games possible.

Lol

What's Xbox's policy on exclusive indies. I know Sony's Devolver stuff eventually comes to Xbox One. There were a lot of smaller games in that conference that interested me but I'm not gonna be buying a new console any time soon. No gaming PC either.

You may get it a year after the fact but more than likely it won't come to Playstation or Nintendo.

Basically the same as sony. Most will come to the other console eventually unless its clear its a locked down exclusive. Then if it doesnt come over its due to other logistical reasons like the team cant spare the people.

Exclusive periods are 6 months or a year.

Everybody's talking about teraflops and bandwidth, but I have no idea what exactly that means, in terms of relative power between different consoles, and between consoles and contemporary PCs.

Did you listen to the Beastcast last week? They had a nice little conversation about what flops are for, during the email section.

Well... Guess I'm like, one of the only people who actually likes Scalebound still.

You're not the only one. Looks like it'll be a good co-op game. Good conference overall, if not great. Many things interested me, CARMACK, love the cross play stuff for all of their games, Project Scorpio being completely backwards compatible from games to accessories. I had a big feeling they will be talking about Scorpio and I'm glad they did, competition is always exciting.
