Crowd running to play The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild at E3

Im surprised there is no security people there to make people behave

People are there to remind people to slow down and behave but once that wall gets pushing hard to stop it.

The most effective way to slow it all down would be to get a bunch of rather rotund people and line them up across the path and have them lead the crowd. You will notice in spots of the video where there are backups due to larger people slowing them down and causing a traffic jam

Wow, I mean....I loved the trailer and gameplay I saw online, but I wouldn't run to wait on a long line to play the game. But this does indicate that Nintendo really took everyone by surprise with this new Zelda adventure.

I do wonder though, will people run out to get Wii U's after E3 thanks to Zelda, or just wait until the NX comes out some point next year and get Zelda on that.

Either way, Nintendo has a hit and hopefully people are happy with the final game.

I doubt you'll see a huge spike. We still don't even have a solid release date for the thing.

Well, it's settled. People fucking love open worlds and open-world games.

Nintendo has to be delighted with the reaction this game has gotten. It couldn't have gone any better for them.

I'm personally a little shocked at the rapturous reception, but who am I to argue? The people have spoken.

This is going to be one hell of an opening card to play in the launch of the NX.

This dude lol

Nintendo would rather people get the NX

I made the right call to go Wednesday afternoon. Got in line at 3PM, played at 4:05. First thing is the *worst* time to go to an E3 demo.

I played the Demo Day 2. I can see why people ran for a spot on day 3. The line (to play) was closed by noon on day 2.

This is insane. Nintendo must have known without any doubt that this game would make a huge impact at E3.

That Nintendo fans are rushing to the only available Nintendo game to play at E3?

Ayo get this bullshit out of here cuz

If the only game Nintendo had to play at E3 was Paper Mario Color Splash do you really think Nintendo fans would be running and waiting 4 hours to play it?

What are your initial impressions? And is the combat slower than traditional 3D Zelda or was that just the stream lag?

Honestly the combat (and movement in general) felt quicker/more fluid. You had a bow to start and I was able to just destroy a pair of moblins with it.

It was closed, but they re-opened it regularly, at 1:30 PM and at 3 PM.

Really? Well Im an ass. I was texting friends to not even bother... i feel bad now. The dude with "Line closed" sign (in front of their streaming booth said it was closed for the day)

lol praise the sun guy.

I'm getting a walmart black friday vibe out of those vids.

I mean, I'm hype for Zelda too, but man....
