In particular I am concerned that the telephone polling may have understated the Leave vote as, in my limited experience over the last few weeks (and as I posted somewhere above), Leave voters are less inclined to want to talk about their preference.

There's still everything to vote for, and I am exceedingly nervous about it.

Being as I'm normally a Conservative voter it is not something I take solace in at all. But on the other hand it is much needed, and I very much hope that they coalesce around the saner - that is, not the rightwing libertarian nutter - wing of the party.

According to fivethirtyeightd podcast on it, there's a whole bunch of reasons why either methodology may be flawed and missing the point. Nate was quite critical of British pollsters at the end, saying they always seem to be tinkering too much with their models and fighting the last election.

I think it will be very, very close but it's not outside the realms of possibility that one campaign ends up with a 10 point win. Just praying for remain at this stage.
