Fucking hell

How do you put up with him day in and day out?

Just avoid him when I can.

If you want to know the real person staring across from you then just let them do the talking, nod your head and say OK, and Sure every couple of minutes and listen to what pours out of their mouth.

He's a decent guy but had this bottled up inside him waiting to burst out. A lot of people are like that.

Yep, there's a hell of a lot of closet racists/xenophobic's in this country

Did Leave campaigners really fly a plane over Jo Cox's memorial?

https://twitter.com/rhys_goode/status/745640087799595008

This had nothing to do with the leave campaign. It's just some are trying to create a controversy along the lines of "OMGZZZZZZ they totally gate crashed that persons memorial, see look how evil the leavers are".

The plane flight wasn't arranged by the official leave campaign or any of the leave campaigns. It was arranged by British aircraft manufacturer Britten-Norman as part of its own pro-Brexit campaign. This is what they said about this storm in a tea cup :-

Britten Norman dude said:
We understand that, during a pre-planned photo opportunity over Westminster today, we were visible from Trafalgar Square and that our flight coincided with an important memorial service. The timing of our flight was determined by weather, air traffic control and the prior approval of the the Diplomatic Protection Group and required the consent of the Metropolitan Police. We are clearly very disappointed that the timing of the service and our flight have overlapped but there was no NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) requesting the avoidance and the coincidence of timing could not have been known by the crew flying the sortie. Our sincere apologies to anyone present who has been offended by the overflight. We would also like to take the opportunity to advise that the flight was a private one and was not sanctioned by the official Vote Leave campaign.

I believe remain also had a plane in the area which could be seen from Trafalgar Square but oddly enough no one kicked up a storm about that.

This is what I'm worried about a lot of people will be voting leave purely because of their hatred of David Cameron and the Tories, and not thinking about what effect it might have on them we we leave the EU.

It kinda reminds me of how a lot of people voted No to the Alternative Vote just because they hated Nick Clegg.

Too late for me, I'll have to catch up in the morning to see if the US stock market has tanked if the UK leaves. It is going to spike one way or the other in the morning.

If it all goes a bit pear shaped tomorrow and we bring chaos to the world economy. Sorry, I know you all warned us and everything.

Oh, we doing predictions now? Okay, I'll play.

Based off Betfair odds and the latest polls:

Remain 60%
Leave 40%
Turnout >75%

We'll see how close I got tomorrow morning. Goodnight guys, and REMEMBER TO VOTE!

VOTE REMAIN

Not British myself, but based on everything I'm reading, I'm pretty confident that Remain will win fairly comfortably (53-47 or maybe 55-45). That last minute status quo vote will come through in the end.

Wake up you chinless snaggletoothed fops. Your country's future is being decided by racist cabbies and Scouse tracksuits. Thank god the average chav is too young and insensate on special brew to vote.

Oi. Less of that. Liverpool is solid, almost 100% Remain territory! At least the bit where I live.

Cool it with the class war, please.

I see the filthy poors are bereft even a sense of humor.
Yeah, the Tories' austerity cuts mean we can't afford to laugh anymore. We have to chuckle-pool now to make ends meet.

I can only imagine how bad it would get if we Brexit, and BoJo becomes PM. Laughter rationing, only 3 chortles and a single guffaw allowed per week?

VOTE REMAIN

I wonder how much of a difference those 1.2 million or so brits who live in EU countries- who (if they vote) will vote to remain- will make.

Heh if the Brits go, so will probably Holland as well. There are some elements here that will push for a Nethexit, Brussels has to change whatever the outcome today. France and Germany puts laws next to them when it doesn't suit their agenda and yet the others countries get penalties when they put those same laws next to them just like those two. lol today is going to be a very long day

London is the place where they realise how much this matters, I don't think the rain is going to stop remain voters there. If it does, we deserve to leave and get dragged through shit quite frankly.

My leg has seized up and I woke up late, but I'm still hobbling down to the polling station and then getting a cab to work.

Sadly I think you are right. It should affect turnout for both, but London is pretty key to Remain.

Oh dear. Fancy losing cause of British weather.

Narrowest of margins leave wins, man on the street asked why he didnt vote "Bit wet outside mate"

I'm bored as shit of debate at this point but oh my god tomorrow is going to be good.

I hope Cameron stays, I know he's hated here but he has been relatively pragmatic for a long time - recently has been messy though. And the tory right backbenchers taking the leadership would be a disaster.

I'll add this to the OP.

Edit: Hey, you're already down as Remain 70%, Leave 30%!

BRITS ONLY!

Nah, jk. But you do need to pick a single prediction if you want in the OP.

Good morning everyone, and welcome to Test Match Special on a rather overcast day at Trent Bridge, the Oval, Edgbaston and ... everywhere else really. The covers are off and there's a bit of damp in the outfield still but we've heard from the umpires that play is expected to start at seven am.

I'd say the match is evenly poised at this stage. The openers were all dismissed to outrageous spin and we're now into the long long tail which bats all the way down the order. And here's Henry Blofeld to take you through to the lunch interval.

Well hello dear boy! What a wonderful match this has been, I must say I don't think I've seen such a shabby bunch of openers since the Test in New Delhi in 1947, but there's everything to play for and as you say the Great British Public don't seem to have a weak batsman all the way down. This isn't a ground for boundaries and with the field so tightly packed we'll probably see a whole rash of singles all day and an exciting finish so long as we don't come off for bad light. What do you say Tuffers?

Yeah well like maybe huh jamaica once gobbledegook but then it could swing either way.

Thank you Tuffers dear fellow. Have a piece of cake. Oh, here's Geoffrey, what a nice surprise.

Let me tell you, in mah day they'd be out already. Ma old granny could 'ave this lot out ba loonchtime on this pitch no matter ow many there are of them. It's all about the corridor of uncertainty. Boot yer never can tell. Norreven me soomtimes. I remember in Barbados in 1933 ....

....

Make your innings count. Get a swift single. Vote.

The rain will help. Rainy weather means fewer things to do outside. Means fewer distractions, if anything.

Turnout is affected by weather, according to international studies, rather than ones done here. And it affects the left.

Don't know whether Remain is left or right.

Having said that, voter turnout in general affects the poor more so, hence why Labour suffers more whilst having the bigger base.

Leave 52% Remain 48% 60% turnout.

I was going to be voting this morning but I have found myself back to being undecided enough to probably abstain.

Good morning, all.
A beautiful and sunny start to the day up here in Scotland, for what it's worth.

See you in the results thread!

Gonna vote this morning. Only one in my family voting remain, as my parents are "listening to their guts" and "don't want to share a border with Syria"....

Yeesh.

Have fun voting today folks!
I'm not british but I'll predict a close win for Remain 52-48 with 75% turnout.
Vote remain to make this german happy.

Come back and save us from ourselves!

Kept up by the weather all night so voted already. Remain ofc, personally cant see a good reason to Leave
