I guess I could pick up Dark Souls 3. I get the feeling my issues with Dark Souls 1 might be addressed with the more responsive controls and character animations in DS3. $40 is the cheapest I've ever seen the game go as well. I could always refund. Though that's a lot of time wasted downloading it.
DS3 is much much more fluid than 1 or 2, yes.

The Witness at 20% off. £24 is still way too high a price for me. Really disappointed in that. That and no Rise of the Tomb Raider discount.

Looks like it's just Stardew Valley for me this year then.

What really annoys me is the Skyrim DLC (without vanilla game) costs MORE than the Skyrim Legendary edition.

I really regret getting just the Vanilla.

Well fuck, could've bought everything I want on humblebundle a few weeks back for the same price and even give somethig to charity. "Wait for the steam sale" just isn't good approach for buying stuff anymore

I have the same GPU and comparable CPU... should I hold off on SOMA and just play it on PS4 or do you think it's still be enjoyable? Really itching for a thought-provoking game.

Haven't tried it yet so not sure lol. Really need to upgrade at some point

So, in regards to sales... if something is on sale now, is that the highest discount it will receive throughout the entire Summer Sale?

Shame this years sale seems to be a bit of a bust so far. Hopefully the dust will settle soon and we'll see more discounts.

Alrighty, SFV for sure, and maybe the HD Remasters of RE1 and RE0, that bundle works out cheaper than buying the games individually.

Some other things on my wishlist too seem to be decently priced, guess I'm burning some gift cards on more Steam scratch @_@

So, in regards to sales... if something is on sale now, is that the highest discount it will receive throughout the entire Summer Sale?

provided that the discount has registered properly, yes. i'd wait until this evening and then take a look.

Oh fuck we don't even have Dailies anymore? So whatever is on the front page is that price for the whole sale?

Very weak discounts on the 30 or so items in my wishlist, allot of indie games from the past year with only 20-35% discounts. Will wait on the Winter sale. So far the only thing I'm picking up is Technobabylon, supposed to be a great adventure game. I was hoping TitS: Second Chapter would be $15, still holding out for that price since I haven't finished the first game.

An update on Lords of the Fallen: apparently only the Game of the Year edition is on sale, not the base game. That's why it showed as $30 originally.
