I'm nervous GAF . This whole referendum is a huge source of stress for us EU immigrants in the UK.

Understandable, but I doubt you ultimately have much to fear. Not only would leaving take 2 years minimum to even happen, but if the UK want to trade with the EU in any format they have to abide by the open borders policies for people within the EU anyhoo.
Even if somehow none of that happened you'd still probably be grandfathered in because you're already here and most companies would object to a sizeable portion of their productive workforce being chucked out the country just because they weren't born here
