I swear I bought the Expansion Pass, I have every DLC accept Blood & Wine.

Damn these max payne opinions lol...... I think I'm going go grab it since I barely remember the originals stories in detail anyways. I'll just play it for the gameplay.

So guys do we think the ubisoft games will go cheaper? getting blazblue anyway but trying to decide on the other games

That's as low as they're going go, there aren't any dailies or flash sales anymore, the prices are the same for the entire duration of the sale.

Whats's better, Dark Souls or Dark Souls 2?

If I play Bloodborne (which I already own) before Dark Soul's, will that ruin Dark Souls games for me?

Should I buy and play Witcher 3 before any of the games above? (I'm just a little past Act 2 of Witcher 2, which I've put down for a while now, and the combat blows).

Unless you REALLY want to play those now, I'd wait. Rainbow Six was $15 on Amazon a week ago
Price Error
and you could've gotten the "GRIND MOAR!"--er--"Starter Edition" for that much about a month ago as well. So it's not worth the sale price there unless you REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY want to play that right now.

Same with the Division. I dunno about Far Cry, I jumped out of that around Blood Dragon.

Go in order: Demon's->Dark 1->Dark 2->Bloodbourne->Dark 3.

Dark Souls

No

No

It's "tolerable" if you want to play Ubisoft titles, but I still wouldn't buy anything using it alone. Steam+Uplay may be a hassle, but it's better than going Uplay only.

Yes, Ubi has put a lot of work in to make it less annoying, haven't had any issues in a while.

Thanks for the responses, I pulled the trigger and bought it, along with these tasty morsels.

Door Kickers
Don't Starve
Far Cry 3
Battlefield Bad Company 2
Kero Blaster
Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition

Leave the Witcher 3 for last.

(Re. Castle of Illusion) It's serviceable. I think it's pretty good, but not excellent. The graphics didn't do it for me, but game is all there and it plays well.

Maybe Steam GAF can help me out as well. I'm looking for a co-op game to play with my friend, who has been asking lately. Trick is, he gets real bad motion sickness from FPS/TPS so all of those games are out. I tried playing Path of Exile and he didn't seem very into it. Also tried to get him to play Civ V with me, didn't work.

Based on that, and the fact that he spends a lot of time playing War Thunder http://store.steampowered.com/app/236390/ (which is not my cup of tea), can anybody make any recommendations? I know that's a challenge. He also played EVE if that helps.
Cheers, Ears. Sorry but can't help much with yours ... I've had a great time lately playing FTL with a friend, although we play on our own and then chat about strategies and success / fail stories ... Seems his thing may just be playing online?

Interesting. Civ: Beyond Earth: Rising Tide is 50% off on its own, but also available in an "Anthology bundle" where it's the only item in it for me, at 62% off.

Still not sure I want to play it though, BE wasn't all that great.

I wonder how cheap The Witness will go.. JBLOW said not too many sales, but since its release it has been 10% off, then 15% off and now 20% off....

it feels like far cry 4 has been this same price like the past 2 sales lol

It probably was. Ubisoft is bad at sales. :/

I'm thinking of getting more money and pulling the Trigger on Civ: Beyond Earth and Syndicate. :/ I said I'd cut down on my purchases but those are both sub $30 and I really want to play them (I actually liked the demo of Beyond Earth more than Civ 5. I know, I'm weird).

Uplay code for Siege was $15 on Amazon maybe a week ago (full game, not the starter edition).

Age of Empires Legacy Bundle
Crypt of the NecroDancer
Rust Alpha
UBERMOSH Collection
DOOM
Dishonored - Definitive Edition
Party Hard

About to commit to this for now.

This is my first steam sale and my first time having a gaming PC in years.

Are there new sales every day or what?

This is my first Steam Summer sale. I only got Civ V: Complete so far. Are there going to be new deals everyday until July 4th or this is it?

New Features every day at 1PM EST until like the 2nd or 3rd where there will be "encores" of the most sold stuff/best deals.

It's a great game, and you could ignore single player and play only mercenaries and be completely satisfied.

Mercenaries is the only redeeming thing in that turd (besides the Tetris Attack DLC mode). But even then, I'd rather play Biohazard 3, 4, or 5's Mercenaries over 6's.

Do sales expire before the time is up?

Will these sales be up until the end of the period or will they disappear and be replaced everyday.

Old steam sales used to introduce deeper sales every 8 hours but since they introduced refunds, the flash sales died.

Dishonored is great, I've heard awesome things about DOOM but I'm not ready to bite the cost yet.

I read people complaining about the RNG after a few updates, it's still the case?

Darkest Dungeon is actually a pretty forgiving game when it comes to RNG. It's actually pretty difficult for your characters to outright die - they have to be at 0 HP, and even then each enemy attack only has like a 33% chance to kill (and with the right equipment you can bring that down to like 15% or something). And even if they do end up dying, it's fairly easy to recover (compared to, say, the 2012 XCOM and XCOM 2). The RNG is going to work in your favor sometimes, and against you other times, but the important thing is that Darkest Dungeon gives you tools to adapt and recover from the times that the RNG is against you.

Honestly, the game would get a little boring without RNG too. If you have your party set up perfectly, and there was no RNG, it would be insanely easy to wipe out every encounter. RNG makes each encounter exciting. If things don't go your way, you have to find a way to mitigate the damage or use a strategy you normally wouldn't.

If RNG really annoys you, you can mitigate most of it by bringing damage-over-time characters or getting good equipment.

Sweet! Hoping for KOTOR I & II to hopefully go on sale then (I know. They're $10 each, but why not catch them cheaper if you can.). Hopefully The Witness can go under 50%.

The features get a "higher"/original discount price after like 24-48 hours (I forget, it was 48 before the flash/dalies changed). So on the 1st will be a 48 hour window on the "featured" sales prices (though they aren't shown after that due to the encore's being featured), but those are the last ones.

out of these CoD games, which one had the best campaign?

Blops 3
Advanced Warfare
Ghosts

Ghosts is shit (and im a dogs fanboy), Advanced Warfare is awesome. I haven't played Blops3 but I hated 2

That Stardew game though..This is really a better Harvest moon? I'll have to check it out. Harvest Moon 64 was my shit, but it might be all nostalgia speaking.
