Mariachi skin means he's Hispanic? Idk. I got the joke Hispanic moms tend to throw shoes or sandals at their kids when they are being bad. Chancla is Spanish for sandal or shoe.

Ah, alright. I live in Vancouver, and considering that the Latino population is almost non-existent, I was so confused with that joke. And it makes more sense, especially with Reaper's alt and such.
