Oh yeah, I forgot. Electric take double from ground moves, not rock, right?
Yes but since Zapdos is flying, it is immune to ground. So all of Zapdos weaknesses come only from its flying half.Oh yeah, I forgot. Electric take double from ground moves, not rock, right?
Play with AR off.any tips on how to now lose pokeballs when you throw at them? I am not talking about pokemon breaking free, but the ball not even reaching the pokemon.
I might alight the tram at the railway station tomorrow. This morning 10min destruction of a high level gym with 1000+ pokemon
Your own Pokemon will have:If I attack a gym and lose the very first battle, I've simply done nothing at all against it or for myself correct? I'm not lowering its prestige at all right?
Play with AR off.
how do you get lost when you are staring at the equivalency of google maps?I went out for what was meant to be a brief jog and thought I could catch some Pokemon and check out if there are any pokestops on the way. However I ended up getting lost in the woods after going out my way to get to a pokestop. I ended up wandering around the woods for about an hour and a half trying to make my way out.
I didn't even catch anythingIt did illustrate to me the possible risks this game could have to people. I can imagine a lot of kids would be tempted to travel outside of the areas they are normally used to to reach gyms and pokestops.
Wait a minute, playing without VR saves your pokeballs when you miss!?

No. But it's easier to get a feel for throwing pokeballs. It's a lot more consistent when the Pokemon are standing still and center.Wait a minute, playing without VR saves your pokeballs when you miss!?

I'm sure just 3 dudes in a car pull up quick, park and take it over.Took over the local library gym just as the sun was going down last night. Figured it'd be safe through the night, we had three Pokemon guarding it.
Wake up this morning and there are three yellow bastards there. Who the hell is going around in the middle of the night to these places? Seems a bit dangerous to me.

ah ok I understand now, I know that rural no signal feeling. Glad you found your way out.the footpath I was jogging on got smaller and smaller then stopped. By that point I had no signal on my phone. I live in a rural area.
Is there any option to change your username once you have made the account?
Yeah. It's easier to curve ball with AR on but I also catch on the move so I play with it off.Ahh, right on. I disagree, I always fling pokeballs in a specific direction with my natural thumb movement, so being able to move the pokemon into my line of fire is a lot easier. That's just me, though.
Immunity is lost. What if he is hit with gravity?
Yeah distance screws me up a lot. I'm actually pretty bad at it. Seems like certain Pokemon are at certain distances.I know, I always play with AR off, and even if the pokemon is centered and still, sometimes the pokeball just does not go in the right direction or falls too short. That has been happening since I leveled up, not sure if it is supposed to get harder and harder to get a pokemon even if they are green or yellow
My home is friggin infested by Pidgies >_<
Should I evolve a couple of them to Pidgeottos? I already evolved one but I think I have new Pidgeys with more CP than the one I evolved.
I use something called Poketype on my android phone, you can search by type or by pokemon name and it'll list everything nicely. Is there a good reliable app or webpage that is good for looking up weaknesses of Pokemon? I keep just Google searching and finding different pages for different Pokemon and some of them are not exactly forthright with the info I'm looking for...

It's probably the easiest way to level for people infested with pidgies. Keep capturing them, then mass evolve them all with a lucky egg on if you want. 1000XP a go.
At around level 8 or 9, you get given a free Lucky Egg, which doubles your XP for 30 minutes. One tip is to save up a bunch of eligible Pokemon to evolve, then when you get your Lucky Egg, activate it, and go through and evolve a bunch of the easy to evolve Pokemon (particularly Weedle, Caterpie and Pidgey since they only require 12 candy to evolve) to get heaps of XP.
Just make sure you transfer enough of those Pokemon to get the candy to evolve the rest of them.
Is there one for Team Valour?
Also, a Drowzy just turned up in my bed all excited.
Could I use a US account to download my game on to my current phone and get a head start and be able to sign in when I get my new phone without hassle? Kinda don't wanna get left behind while I'm waiting for the new phone to arrive.
do you usually throw the pokeball with a curve? really? I just do a straight line
