I don't think there is anyone else on yellow team in my area. I've taken the gym across from my house multiple times and it always gets taken away within an hour.
If they did that's a huge waste of resources.
I only caught 2 Charmander, including that first one.
Standing in line at KFC and caught this.
Then the bloke next to me asks what team....looked disgusted when i said yellow.
Game is everywhere, you can tell they're playing by the poke-2-step as they chase those footsteps!

if you find more of the starter later you should evolve the one you found later
the starter pokemon is useless trash in this game, it's basically 4 candy
Until they fix the absolutely broken "well we'll just decide that all your throws are curved now" throws I'll take whatever I can get.

Bah, i always root for the underdog!
.....But i am colour blind, so i may have tried to have choose red/blue and fk'd up.
i don't mean their actual starter.
just i don't see any venusaurs/charizards/blastoise around here.

I keep seeing Squirtle...he pops up randomly on my commute to work and just around my job and I can never find him. I did catch a Magikarp in hopes for evolving it to Gyrados but got dam he needs a lot of candy.
I also have a egg that won't hatch until 10 kilometers have been reached. Funny thing is I have a park right across my house with a walking course and I know if I do about 10 laps on it that'll roughly equal the distance.

That doesn't seem like it's aimed to the general public. If you advertise it as a way for people to submit requests Niantic's gonna be swamped with them in no time.

Probably don't live in an area that spawns a lot or any of the starters.
Squirtles spawn around here often enough to catch one or two a day and I'm still no where near close to evolving my Wartortle. 125 candies is steep.

Best time of day for capturing gyms is early morning.

Looks more like a general support form, though there is an option to say it isn't a pokespot/gym.

5/5 of the last Pokémon I've tried to catch the game has frozen upon the Poké Ball closing.
And of course it takes 5 minutes to get back in every fucking time.

Vinyl Record store near me put out a lure so decided to go check it out...in the rain...and there were already a bunch of other people there.
Went along a creek that runs through the city and got a ton of water based Pokemon I hadn't captured yet, was able to use the step tracker to chase some Pokemon down too.

Several times (I'm lvl 18) now I tried it and the pokemon dodged/attacked and thus evaded my balls.
Other times it worked. But it's not a guaranteed catch even if you hit, just normal chance

Yup. Foolishly dropped an Incense. Found a Geodude, tossed a Poké Ball, and now I've been entirely locked out for 5+ minutes. RIP Incense.
They absolutely NEED to change Lucky Eggs and Incense to only count down while logged in.
I've actually noticed the opposite. Aside from about 15 minutes from..500-515, the servers were pretty much impeccable for me. I had a few issues here and there but I was able to successfully take a gym and catch a few Pokemon on lunch.
I usually have a pretty terrible time so maybe it's more of a YMMV thing.
No one injured. Kid got what he deserved.

Servers are shat for me now, even getting an error on log-in. Just as well. Had my first gym battle (laggy) just now, at midnight at the nearest church. Got their prestige dropped a level, even though I fled. Heard a car pull up behind me as I was leaving. Feared for my life.

I had Pokemon Go running while on the treadmill at the gym, and a girl on the stairclimber next to me noticed. She laughed and said she's playing the game as well.
I'm totally new to Pokemon, so I don't know which attacks are better then others. I'm just assuming the higher CP point characters are the ones to keep, and transfer the duplicates.
Also, I can't evolve Fearow? Only power it up?
