it means she has notes saved on her iphone and searched for a specific word or phrase. meaning she had it typed for some time now.
Normally the arrow in the top left will say back, to go back to the list of all the notes on the phone. But if the user searches for a specific note and opens it from the search results the arrow will say "search". Notes are also sorted by the date in which they were last updated, so if Taylor needed to search for this explanation then that means either:
-It was written a while ago and hadn't been updated since, making it appear so far down on the list that she figured searching for it would be faster
-It was actually higher on the list, like top 20-25, and she just decided to search for it for no apparent reason.
