I've come to the conclusion that Soldier/Mercy is my Geralt/Yen or Harry/Hermione. It's a pairing that is popular but I don't understand it or like it.

Pharmercy is my Geralt/Triss or Harry/Ginny. It's just right. It makes sense.

Nope, it's confirmed that it's just armor. Pharah's been a big point of confusion too, but Blizzard seemed to confirm that her arms and legs are normal, even if her in-game suit doesn't seem to allow for that.

I haven't seen anything go that far, but I've seen some artists take the idea of her limbs bring robotic to the extremes (where she's just a limbless human torso).

Yeah, that's why some people have made the argument that Pharaoh has to have cybernetic limbs. But, Blizzard said it's just artistic style on the model.
