There is nothing wrong with what the Bernie supporters are doing. Having your voice heard, a silent walkout...all of these are important messages to deliver to the powers that be in the Democratic party. Unity in this context is simply a line from the power elite to shut up and do what you are told.

What IS potentially wrong with it is if in their message, they end up shooting themselves in the foot, not vote, and Trump gets elected.

Under normal circumstances, what the DNC has done may potentially warrant losing a vote, but not in this election....not now...Trump is more dangerous to a democracy that the Democrats playing lose and fast with their primary rules.

As such, while make all the noise you want, remember to vote....and vote against Trump.

What exactly has the DNC done?

Come on y'all. Why are you spoiling this great moment with comments from bitter man-children? There are always idiots. Screw them. Nobody cares about you sore losers. Not with a Trump presidency possible.

I understand you, #BernieOrBust. But he did the only thing he could. Establishment Super Delegates would have never changed their vote.

Let the man fight with her for God sake, and let's stop Trump.

The superdelegates would not have denied Sanders a victory if he'd won pledged delegates.

I agree it's pretty far fetched, but it's getting traction in the media.

Thumb on the scale of potential nominees. It was a good outcome don't get me wrong, but there was def. some bull shit going on.

Its all okay in the end, but as I will always say again and again MEANS are just as important as the ENDS in a democracy.

I thought this moment with Bernies Brother was very moving; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYYTssOZmi4

When Roosevelt created the New Deal at that point in time, it must have made all the difference for people like Bernie and Larry. It is no wonder he feels so strongly about it.

I didn't know Bernie had a brother, but it's also pretty cool that his brother Larry is involved in politics in the UK.
