"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - Wii U"
Fecha estimada de llegada: 04 de abril de 2017 - 06 de abril de 2017
Basically it says that their game provider (Nintendo I assume) pushed back the release date to between April 4th and 6th, 2017.
Do you guys know if Gamexplain will make their analysis about Botw E3 content?
Nothing confirmed, but I imagine Andre has been working on it since E3. There's a lot of material out there to sift through. I imagine it'll be out sometime before September, since we'll likely see more Zelda during the NX reveal and that would only add to Andre's workload!Do you guys know if Gamexplain will make their analysis about Botw E3 content?
1080p 60 fps on NX is out of the window now right?![]()

Tegra X1 is significantly more powerful than WiiU, so if the rumors are true, 1080p 60fps might be doable, especially if the X1 is overclocked in the dock. It's also possible we may see Nintendo go with a Tegra X2 for better battery life. An X2 would be even stronger.1080p 60 fps on NX is out of the window now right?![]()

Might actually be 720p/60.

A Link Between Worlds is at 60 FPS. ^^.
And is a handheld Zelda. Remember that part where I said console? And it's only 60 for the 3D and touch menu.

Someone's not keeping up with the nx news
I thought Nintendo had said Zelda NX is absolutely identical to the WiiU Version because it would be unfair because of the long waiting time. And I hope it is so because i will never buy a Nintendo hardware again. NX my ass
more like someone doesn't get the point I'm making
Outside of visual differences they said, yes.
Considering tegra x1 is around 4-5x wii u and they can possibly use x2 which is even more powerful i don't see why1080p 60 fps on NX is out of the window now right?![]()
No I get your point, but it's not applicable to NX really. It's as much a console as a handheld![]()
Meaning you missed the point after all. Console Zelda = fully 3D, big budget, prime focus on dazzling visuals. Meaning "moar gfx" > "60fps" in priority list. Zelda does not need 60fps for ideal gameplay unlike Mario that's why all 3D Zeldas happily live in 30fps land. BotW will not be 60fps on NX, regardless of whatever Power Level (tm) current rumors put the hardware at.
Frankly I'd rather have 60fps on NX than better graphics on NX.

I was hoping I'd get through this without having to spell the whole song out again.^^
But why? Locked 30 is perfectly sufficient. All they need is to stabilize the fps from the E3 build really.
Considering tegra x1 is around 4-5x wii u and they can possibly use x2 which is even more powerful i don't see why
I mean, it's not a given (60fps would probably be off the table anyway in exchange for better graphics), but it's not out of the window either
And the NX is also a handheld. Any point you can make on console Zelda = whatever can also be done with Handheld Zelda = watever since the NX is neither a dedicated console or a handheld. Like I said, in the NX case the convention of what Zelda is for the platform is moot because there's no precedent of such a platform.
You're working really hard to not get that it's not specifically about console/handheld but more about 3D/big budget/gfx showcase Zelda (which "console zelda" is a common shorthand for).

More like 2-3x, but you're point is still pretty valid.

I fail to see why that means it can't be 60fps. All sorts of 'big budget gfx showcase' console games that were traditionally 30fps in the past have made the transition over to 60fps this generation. I don't see why Zelda should be exempt from that possibility.
No I am not, and I already explained why multiple times. You're shoehorning the convention of a console only Zelda game on a platform that has no precedent.
Because Zelda is developed by Nintendo.
Because Zelda is developed by Nintendo.
I see no explanation anywhere.
Alright you both win. You don't get it but you win. I don't have the patience for this argument right now.
edit: nvm, it's all good.Alright you both win. You don't get it but you win. I don't have the patience for this argument right now.

Halo is developed by Bungie. Bungie only makes 30fps Halos!"
