Anyone got the new tracker running? I can't seem to get it running, I always get stuck at npm install.

Which? There are plenty back up, I have a couple working.

I somehow found the Hockey Hall of Fame unclaimed once, and it stayed that way long enough for me to put my Vaporeon in. Fuck the Leafs, Mystic is the only team that matters.

I saw this secluded gym at my side of the woods and although I like to think they just did it because they are hardcore but then..... could they really have hacked this stuff? They are all in the same gym and I just thought no one is going to take it down for a long while..

Why block pokeadvisor? I can understand blocking the trackers and all but IVs don't really give you that much of a competitive advantage because it still comes down to luck of capturing the right Pokemon.

PokeAdvisor has been blocked by Niantic, so much for a great and easy way to check IVs.
People are really surprised that a site that is against the TOS is taken down/blocked/etc? Was only a matter of time really. Same with all the new Pokevision/etc sites starting to pop up again, they will change the API/block them too.

99.9% sure that is one guy with multiple bot accounts to make holding gyms easier. The fact that you said it is a secluded area makes it all the more obvious. Since spoofing began there have been people who find secluded gyms all over the world since they are the easiest to hold onto the longest.

You can get the same data from the servers using the available APIs, but you do risk getting banned for it. I would tread carefully.
Now that the APIs changes have been reverse engineered, the path forward for Niantic is probably banning cheaters directly and/or make further changes to the API.
That said, people checking IV are probably lower priority out of bots, scanners and GPS spoofers.
The safest way to get IV stats from the server is probably reading server response using MITM, assuming the attack doesn't expose telltale sign to the server that the connection is compromised.

Anyone playing the game on a Huawei G Play Mini (CHC-U03)? A relative installed the app on their phone but on the map screen it has some glitches here and then. I'm willing to bet it's due the O.S (It's on 4.4) but I was wondering if it might be due the phone not meeting the minimum specs to run in general, which would be really odd.

they took away from me the only reason I was still playing this game... now not only is impossible to hunt pokemon, but when you somehow manage you have no real way to know if the pkmn is actually good....
well I suppose we can always calculate IV the old way, but if pkadvisor percentages were right, those calculator algorithms are partially wrong

poke assistant doesn't use the api, they can't do anything to them.

Actually, I believe it was only showing when they first registered their account on Pokeadvisor and not when they first started playing the game( which is probably since day one)

These go out in waves. Hopefully all these cheaters will soon be banned.
it's quite possible they are working on the apps, and then after will ban people.
I mean if you don't stop the apps first people will just make new accounts.
It would be nice if the obvious cheaters were banned though.
aka I am not saying banning the users of most things, just the obvious spoofing and botting.
There have been soft bans for a while now.
