I am debating whether or not to boot it up in the hour I have before I need to leave for work tomorrow. I might be rushing things though and I'm not sure I want to do that.

I may just leave it until after work.
 
One thing that would make sense to me in regards to a framerate and draw distance boost with this patch would be that they drastically reduced the technical scope of the game for the cert build just to be safe, then pumped it back up to where they knew it wouldn't break the game for the day one patch.

Same here. I want my beginning to be fresh. I love all of the small nuances. Will watch the archive later.

It "feels" like 30 to me. I remember the framerate in the original infamous on the PS3. 60 when you looked at the sky, otherwise it was variable. This feels like a locked 30fps game. I've seen videos that play at 60fps of the game, but it's not like that when you play it. If I'm wrong I'll happily eat as much crow as you consider reasonable. (BTW I have the game)

Do you got a Import copy or for your region specific?

Ordered EU-Import version of the LE and wonder myself if it gonna work with my german PSN account.

But i think it just isnt working because the game isnt out yet.

I think its because it is only for sale on GOG/Humble/Steam (and funstock?) so there is no where to get cheap keys to sell on grey market sites.

Funny enough for Canada it is cheaper on Steam full priced, than my 10% off humble converted to Canadian dollars.

I would post it, more than a handful of gaffers have the game but then again I don't know how many are uploading screenshots!

Meh I'm not that upset to be honest. It doesn't seem like a race to finish the game plus I wouldn't be able to really play until Thursday evening (I've been limiting my gaming time on weekday nights when I have work the next day).

Kind of weird--maybe I'll complain to Amazon to see if they can change it or give me a free 5 bucks or something.

You should. I am still desperately waiting for Amazon to start processing my order. Then again, I also have detergent coming for tomorrow and that hasn't entered the shipping process either lol.
