PS4 was £350 on release, so I'm hoping for that. Given the three years since PS4 launched and efficiency savings etc I don't see why this would be more than the original launch price. I say it will be the same or perhaps even less...
I'm hoping I can get maybe £150 for my PS4 and then just need £200 for this upgrade. I'm up for that. I want this so badly the more I think about it.

I just checked and it turns out this will be at 8 in the evening for me, now that is damn good. SO much better than their E3 times, lol.
It would not be surprising if MS says something as well about their plans, before Sony has the event or after. MS was going to share some info anyway this year.

If the game was dropped last min at E3 I can definitely see it happening at this event.

Uncharted 4 is a no brainer. Street Fighter V too since Capcom is supposedly still supporting it. Bloodborne... sadly I dont think From would revisit it.

I think people are expecting the Neo to come very soon after announcement. Just a few weeks probably.
It is in Sony's best interest to drum up hype as much as possible. A few game announcements would do that.

The potential PS4 Slim is really a base PS4 shrunk down to portable size, game library works across portable and your shiny new NEO, sort of like NX... BOOM.

Lol I was going to edit in my realisation of Brexit issues but couldn't be bothered. Yeah that might impact. Neo can't possibly be more than £400 though, maybe we'll get a £370 or thereabouts pricetag. If it's over £400 then I'm out for now, but surely not...
Curious about the base PS4 price, surely a drop must be coming alongside the Neo announcement.

If they announce red dead 2, with a red dead redemption remaster launching soonish, that would be glorious. How about throw a GTA5 60fps version at that and Vanquish and Bayonetta at 1080p 60fps....
Patch Shadowfall to full 1080p 60fps and shelf that reprojection bullshit. Get Until dawn at a stable 60fps including Infamous second son and first light and that is a done deal.

It's already been confirmed that it was never supposed to premier at E3. I don't see it being shown here either, R* will release a countdown clock and enjoy a free week of people speculating and bad photoshops before they release the trailer and break the internet.

Playstation Meetings in the past have not been just about hardware but also about new games, also this is so close to TGS that it's likely that this year the SIEJ conference will be a localized repeat of the Playstation Meeting and the biggest (and more global) games announcements that were supposed to be made there will be incorporated in the PSMeeting.

You'd think by now Sony has announced all new games, i mean look at E3 last year, PGW and PSX and this E3, how much more can Sony's developers make before finishing those games first? But on the other hand..they do need to sell this system to the people. They need to make people go all ''oh shit, now i really need one.'' even if they already have a PS4.
Hmmm...yeah that could be anything. I doubt they will share a lot. It's likely that Scorpio gets its reveal early next year when MS announces new Surface models and so on.

Yeah, hype levels rising for sure. The fact that Sony did another February meeting like the original PS4 makes it seem more like a big event and unveiling. Hoping for some surprises that hasn't leaked.

Go look back at the past 3 years of "announcements" coming out of the SIEJ conference. Most of them are not "big or global."
If any conference suffers because of the PS Meeting, it would be the European conference, not SIEJ's conference which will be chockful of Japanese 3rd-party games without certainty of localisation.

I am kinda surprised how badly people want to see games like Shadowfalll and Infamous SS at 60fps and everything. These are old games and also not exactly very great. I'm happy you guys are happy about that, but i honestly care very little for older games that i have already finished. If anything....i can understand excitement for maybe replaying U4 in 60fps, but Shadowfall and Infamous? Naw.

I am going with 2016 holiday launch shortly after PSVR. Will make the most sense, just in time for the holiday shopping rush.
