I can't unsee Mercy and Soldier 76. And I really don't see Mercy and Pharah together. They would be one of those couples that would be bound to break up from the start.

This is incredibly adorable.
But you said "they'd be a couple bound to break up from the start". So they'd be a couple, and then Mercy would break up with Pharah because she isn't into girls and wouldn't have been in the relationship in the first place?
And given that we know the sexuality of none of the Overwatch crew, thankfully, people of all sexualities can enjoy pairing characters up for fun in a way they can personally relate to without being wrong.

I'm very self-aware that I do not make sense lol. Basically my thought process is...I just don't think Mercy would be into girls...but if she was...I don't think she would be with Pharah. Like if I were to imagine her with a girl...hmm...maybe Tracer.
Oh no I wasn't trying to say anything homophobic or offend anyone. Like people can pair whomever they want and it's totally cool. I was just giving input (albeit very poor and not the least bit sensible). My own comparison would be comparing it to couples on tv shows.

See, I think I'm more the Mercy type in real life, and putting myself in her shoes, I'd totally go for Pharah. You've got the softer, calmer, more motherly and "I want to keep you safe" nature of Mercy contrasting the taller, more muscular, probably more risky daredevil nature of Pharah. Plus, skin contrasts like that can often be sexy. So, I don't know, I think it's a pairing that completely makes sense, especially if we think of "lesbian couple stereotypes" where you've got one person who's more feminine and the other more masculine.
Not that there definitely isn't cuteness in girly/girly pairings, but I just think that Mercy/Pharah, Tracer/Widowmaker, and Mei/Zarya all feel totally natural on that level.
Yeah, it's just easy to get a little sensitive and wonder exactly what people mean, because there tends to be some very vocal "stop gaying up [thing]" voices out there. I know at there it can see like some fans overload particular shows/games/whatever with gay couples, but that's because those are the kinds of pairings that are natural for them, just like male/female pairings would be for straight people.
I need these as skins.

See that makes perfect sense to me now. Like, I wasn't ever even thinking of Pharah as like that, but just more serious in personality. The dangerous personality type I could totally could see. I do like Mei/Zarya, especially putting myself in Mei's shoes.
That totally makes sense. People should pair who they think go together best, whether they gay, straight or any other variety of sexuality from ace to pan.
This is just so bizarre since Tracer is known for being fast.

They're surprisingly solidly written, which is probably because there's no impetus to try too hard.
For all the complaining I see people do about Blizzard's writing, between the comics and the lines in the game, they seem to be in their element with Overwatch.

The whole idea of an alternate universe where the heroes of Overwatch are secondary school teachers is hilariously weird. Funny enough, my auto-mechanics teacher did resemble Torb.
It's cool to see that Reinhardt is getting some love in the fanart department, especially with him outside of his armour. The dude has a great physique for a 60-something year old.

Yeah, Reinhardt is surprisingly popular with the fandom and I'm grateful for it. Sadly (for me at least), Torbjorn is still hated or ignored by most. Even Torbjorn + Mercy friendship art is rare, even though official artwork suggests the two are friends.

By that point it's less being a daredevil and more a procedure.
The guy is the embodiment of happiness & unfiltered optimism. Like, the guy would take pleasure with facing off a group of starving tigers (that been living on a diet of lettuce) in a gladiator pit, or weird a battle axe to storm a castle.
And I thought the Halloween photo was just a cute one-off, but that second image clearly shows that Mercy had the hots for the diminutive Swedish engineer. Speaking of which, I seriously would love a Overwatch: Origins skin of that young Torbjorn, along with a Young Reinhardt (armour is new n' shiny, helmet-less.)
