Right back at you Stan.No surprise here u r
Okay, okay, fine fineBe nice, kids.
Yes we should only let people post that like the game. HYPE TRAIN CHOO CHOO
I may disagree with you on some things with this game, but you're right on the money with this. The people criticising FFXV aren't any worse than people rushing to defend it.
Be nice, kids.
And I personally WANT to like the game. I don't hate it on principle. I want it to be good.
If the delay helps then I'm more than happy with it. I just don't have a lot of confidence because the game obviously has had a very very troubled development.
I don't know why they would have to wait until Sunday to put up a poster, the season pass information and the FF XV music released yesterday and nothing said. I would have called fake just on that. But GamesCom next week it makes me feel like this is true and it saddens me greatly.
Despite what you think of the game or the fight. The player on the main presentation was objectively terrible. The fight still seems boring anyway, but if you couldn't tell that player was terrible and couldn't dodge the majority of the attacks then, well....I don't know what to tell you.The E3 titan demo was garbage. The player wasn't terrible, they chose to show a section that had you avoiding attacks until your party arrives that ends with killing the boss with pressing A for awesome. That's not what makes a good demo or a good RPG

Btw the player was terrible. That section of the game still doesn't look all that great. It's essentially just a set piece. But I've seen other gameplay videos go much better than that. Matt was just terrible at demoing it regardless.

I would not be surprised at all.
Hell, it might make sense to just delay it until May next year and take all the time they need to polish it up.

It doesn't matter how well the game runs, if most of the set pieces end up being bland & uninspired like the Titan demo, then we have a problem.
Let's not being too negative here. Most of the "jrpg set pieces" requires you going through a loading screen, entering a separate battle stage, seeing your characters standing and hitting an huge boss by turns. How is the FFXV "Titan set piece" any worse than this? I might even mention most wRPGs where even the most epic boss battles look, run and play like shit. The Titan demo - terrible E3 player aside - it's not bad at all. There's an exciting rush through the boss first of all with tons of enemies to take down, and then the final confrontation against Titan in a battle of endurance. It's not God of War sure, but I haven't seen better set pieces in recent titles in the genre tbh.
It would be very odd, since the yesterday World of Wonder trailer reported still september 30. In any case, it means more days to optimize.
True, but other games playing like shit isn't exactly justification for another game to play like shit. If a game demonstration looks bad, it looks bad.Let's not being too negative here. They've had a decade to perfect them.
Doesn't this mean neo support will be mandatory for this game?

Yeah. The Titan demo probably isn't indicative of how the rest of the game plays.. but why show it? Who decided and signed off on this? It's just baffling. THIS is the one thing that you want people to see from your RPG?
It's an epic fight against a giant Titan, why do you think they planned on showing it? And what excuses are you talking about? Here's a better vid of the fight:Titan demo was awful and they've no one to blame but themselves. The excuses are boring.
Someone needs to splice this with the Hashimoto laughter.
Can't say I'm surprised. I haven't been following the game much, but for a massive title supposedly coming out next month it doesn't feel like the marketing has started yet.

And before you tell me it still looks terrible, you can not deny it looks 1000 times(or at least a little) better than what the main presentation showed off (and the difference is pretty much from player skill alone).
They've had a decade to perfect them.
Oh boy.
Getting that Neo version ready to go.
If you asked GAF 10 days ago, some will tell you it has been marketed terribly and some people cancelled preorders after a user framed a situation of a real panel guest's off topic remark as an actor on a fake panel who represents the entirety of Eidos Montreal. Note: the panel and guests were in no way fake and they discussed major issues in future technology and medical advancements.Has Deus Ex been marketed well? Can't say I've seen any advertising for it.
Now that I think on it, end of November is a very bad sign. I feel like they delayed it to the latest possible date while still making it for the holiday season. I think the developers need more time than that but the publisher wants it done for Christmas. IIRC, this happened with Unity.
