We are getting pretty good at sniffing out corrupt cops and bullshit with our authority. What valid reason did they have to make up a robbery? They didn't even file a complaint. Why are the police immediately jumping to victim blaming and calling foul? None of this sounds right. Rio has been embarrassed enough, they better pray to God they are right about trying to detain members of the medal winning U.S. Olympic swimming team because this will not look good if they are wrong about, whatever it is they think they are doing.

The Brazilian government wouldn't give a single fuck if this had been a random Brazilian citizen reporting a robbery. The only reason why they're on their asses this hard is because this is the olympics and it's an American team that's making them look bad at an international level. This is why if there's even 1% of a chance that they were lying the Brazilian authorities are gonna take every possibility they can get.
I'm not ruling out the swim team making some shit up to cover up sex/drugs, but revoking passports because "stories don't line up" is lol.

The other two were taken off a flight. They don't do media interviews when people are being held and questioned.
I think the other swimmer dude hasn't turned up yet... probably getting back to the US and doesn't want to create attention til he's home.
