Man, I'm actually surprised and happy to see Shadow Complex sell through so quickly.
Well maybe I shouldn't be so surprised.
It was 7500 but 500 went to Epic and Chair, and 100 are reserved for returns, defective discs, etc.

Aw, crap. I got sidetracked and forgot about Rainbow Moon until 9:11. Too late. Need to set an alarm for 5:00!!!

I was slightly concerned because I didn't see a lot of hype on the internet for it. Glad it's selling well
Discs can be defective? :O Never happened to me or anyone I know.

Haha, so that was intense. I was sat next to a guy in work who was also after Rainbow Moon Vita. We were both refreshing the page then another colleague came over and asked for some help. So I was chatting to him while blatantly refreshing the page (luckily the guy I was chatting to is sound) but trying to keep cool. Then I took a minute to look at some documents and the other colleague who was buying the game said my name and I was like "shit!" and had to tell the guy to be a second while I ordered it.
Hahaha. Luckily I got a copy. That was a rush!

The soundtracks did disappear briefly, like the games did. They just brought the soundtracks back before they did the games... which is the problem.
I watched both the games and soundtracks disappear at 9:55. At roughly 9:57 the soundtracks came back online. I was able to add a copy of the RM soundtrack and a shipping box to my cart. At 10:00~10:01 RM Vita popped back up. By the time I added it and clicked checkout, the soundtrack was already sold out, and removed from my cart.
If you want a copy of the soundtracks going forward, and if LRG continues to put them up early... get used to making two orders at a minimum. Hopefully this staggered release method was only for today's sale.

Yup, same here. I almost got the SC OST bundle just to make sure Rainbow Moon wasn't sold out when checking out.

How do they usually do this? Sell half the copies at 10 and the other half at 6?
the bar is slow to catch up. i tried ordering different stuff as soon as it went up and it only tells you it's sold out during checkout.

I see. I ordered two copies of complex so it's good to know if there's an issue they'll fix it (and good to see LRG's comment about the mailers here).

Didn't notice they sell sleeves for Vita games. This will come in handy for some of my games with external card covers.

Was worried I'd miss out on Shadow Complex because I was ordering from my phone, and I was worried when it still wasn't showing 11:01, but I'm happy that I have my order!
This is only my second order with LRG (the first being Oddworld for PS4), but I respect what they're doing, and hope they continue to satisfy the niche they have found!

lucky, i wanted the bundle a lot so i didn't bother ordering the OST separately. but as soon as i checked out it was already gone. i've had no luck getting any game+OST bundles at all.

So those are the total numbers printed? Because they indicated for Rainbow Moon PS4 and Vita, would only have 3000 each (1500 for reach time period). Going by your numbers, there would have been over 4000 printed.

I think LRG usually offers more copies at the first batch.
If that is the case, then Shadow Complex tracked pretty damn well against Rainbow Moon on the sales per minute scale... ~4800 in a first batch with 75% gone within 30mins, seems to be doing better than alot of the PS4 games before it

Didn't realise they sold PS4 cases; I'll have to add one next time for my Last of Us case that BestBuy took a heat gun to.
Oh, make no mistake, I do think it'll sell out. Just that it will take a few hours longer, possibly even lasting past midnight into tomorrow.

Ok, I was assuming it was even for each batch.
I believe they've said for prior releases it was even, but maybe that's changed now as it appears they get a bigger crowd in the morning.

Still, it's a good performance for the first larger print run LRG have done.
And barring a terrible performance this evening, I think it's safe to say that Vita runs should be slightly bigger
