Since one of the recent updates, many characters got lines referring to not being able to see someone as well as some new lines directly naming Sombra.
If I recall one of Reaper's new lines stated "I can't see you but I know you're there" as well as "someone's sneaking around" so I'm pretty sure that's their power.
