Saw someone on Reddit say it was roughly around 23 minutes and that if it went up to only 23%(to keep with the theme) it would go to 11pm cmt or 2300.

Who knows. This whole ARG has felt like a complete joke. Good job on solving this thing...wait for the next. It's pointless nothing will actually ever be solved until they want to reveal it.
