Literally best case scenario is that she is fighting a cold or flu, that would be a perfectly innocuous explanation. But if so I think they would have said it, because again, that's nothing.

Just fainting from the "heat" at 9:30 in the morning is not good.

It's pretty common for people to faint at ceremonies. You are standing in one place for a while, it feels hotter than it usually is due to the mass of people, sometimes there is an emotional component to it as well. It's not weird at all. How does this make people go to Trump. Be shakier on Hillary maybe (if they can't forgive someone having and off day) but not enough to make people switch to that trashpile. And the third parties are not a viable choice to switch to either.

Perhaps it was warmer in a group setting (hence the "overheated" feeling), but low 80sF with low 60sF dew points means only slight increases to "feels like" temps.

It was probably under 80 this morning. She lives here. She used to live in Arkansas. It doesn't seem like anyone else was dropping like flies.
