Forza Horizon 3 (PC/XB1, 2016) Confirmed; Set in Australia

Not out yet, should hopefully come out later today.
So here's the plan:
I will purchase the digital copy of the game, which will allow me to play on my PC and Xbox One.
I've set my Xbox one to be my home console against my account.
I've set up my 6 year old lad with his own account on the Xbox, so he can play my purchased games and use my xbox live subscription.
Now, will this allow me to play multiplayer co-op with my son, with me playing on PC and him on the Xbox (logged into his account) ? (Both my PC and Xbox are connected to the same router/broadband line)

I don't know the specifics on the PC version (or for different video cards) but considering there's HDR support for the XB1 S (in addition to Scorpio down the road), I'd think there's a good chance.

If it supports cross-saves, then I doubt it.
Hm... makes sense. Wait... what if she uses her profile on the console though?
You can try it. I suspect it will sign one of you off though.
In that case you should be good (if the console your GF is playing on is your primary console).

What wheels do you guys use for xbone / pc? I'm tempted to pull the trigger on the G920 but some of the bad user reviews are holding me back. The Thrustmaster ones don't have stellar reviews either. Anyone here have experience with any xbox one wheels that are cross compatible with pc? I had the wireless Microsoft official wheel for the 360 but that died and I want to go 3 pedals and a stick this time.

Not possible with a single purchase.
Should be possible if the account you buy it on (yours) has the Xbox set as its home console, then she signs in with her account to play while you're on PC.
I'm just assuming this would work in the same manner as game sharing with two accounts.

That should work. It's how I play some co-op (or vs games of Madden) with my son, the only difference being that I'm playing on a second Xbox One S upstairs while he is playing on another Xbox One in the basement. The basement Xbox is my Home Xbox so he can play everything there while I just need to be signed in on the S.
Do note that depending on which version you bought the VIP DLC is only available for the owner account and can't be game shared.
I bought the ultimate edition on the PC store and it auto started downloading on my Xbox when I turned it on

You can buy either version.. as long as it is digital, you'll get access to the game on Xbox and PC.

I'm so glad I'm Tier 5 already for that car now that I don't have an Xbox console to level up with.
I wouldn't be so sure, considering it works exactly like this today with a single (digital) purchase with two Xbox One consoles. As long as the other (not the "owner") profile is signed in and playing on the Home Xbox then the other profile should be able to play on another device at the same time using the account license.
