Yeah I haven't had a lot of time to play but now that I have some I'm still disappointed none of the DLC works for me on PC. I just hope there's a neat way for them to reimburse all that I'm missing because right now I feel like I paid $40 extra for 4 extra days where I'm mostly too busy to play a lot anyway. I could've put that towards getting Gears of War 4 or something.

High value targets in this game are like 40k+ so if you're looking to make some money i'd say challenge them whenever you see them!
I'm fairly new to the race genre in general as I mostly avoided them in the past (never could get into them quite frankly), but I do really enjoy this game (even with the soured DLC issues >.>). I love the way the cars feel, especially the bigger ones with the weight physic as simulation (or whatever the car physic thing is called)
It was pretty cool to go from average, to above to highly skilled in a day. Seems awfully weird the way the AI works, as some race types they wreck and others you can give them a lap head start.
However; What the fuck is this map!? While you can filter it, and I already applied some, unlocking a new base just keeps piling up the map so much I don't even know where to start. And this is just this area, the outback one is equally full!

This car is the best. I upgraded it as much as I could and it's a beast. Perhaps too good of a grip as it'll easily shoot off in a direction when slightly sliding.

Yes, I redeemed the code, but under manage, all that is showing is the game install and the halo warthog. I have nothing in ready to install.

One thing I wish they had is the ability to either limit the rewinds and/or penalize you for using them other than the all or nothing approach.
Sometimes I'll get to the end of a race and crest a hill and slamdirectly into a massive rock that I had no way of seeing, putting me into last place. I need to keep rewinds enabled for this kind of BS, but never use them for my own mistakes.

I have no problems with the VIP stuff, but I lost my Warthog that installed to the demo version of the game.

I don't know, mine just installed straight away, it's in the manage section.
I wish that you could have it on, and if you didn't use it the whole race, you get a bonus. Maybe just take off points each time you use it or something. I found it way too dangerous to have it off all the time (prime example being what you just said), but I get so mad when I do a race with no messups and I could've gotten the bonus, lol.
Just turn it off, you get a whole 15% bonus!
Ok can anyone explain how to get Groove integration working right in game on PC? It just opened the groove app on my PC and I can play the music but I want the post processing effect from in game. I don't have to pay for the subscription right it'll work with the music I own?

Yeah, I thought mine installed too when I redeemed it -- I got it before Forza Horizon 3 (on 9/8/16) but it's not in manage games or in my ready to install. :/

This is what Microsoft support chat told me....
To set your expectations, we have been experiencing known issues with these DLCs. A number of other players are experiencing the same issues with not being able to access them or not even seeing them as owned.

I have an issue of it not appearing in game. I'm on Xbox.
I bought physical, so I redeemed a code.
It's not even appearing in the ready to install list... nor is the warthog code I redeemed before launch.
The only items in the list are the game itself, and the treasure map dlc.
I redeemed both codes, but neither is showing in my purchase history. I know they worked because it won't allow me to reredeem them.
I hear its busted which is why I haven't bought the game...
I did everything in the area, went to outback as it was my next, did everything I could there and leveled it up as soon as it told me too, same for this place. I've literally got 2 level 5 areas and they all look like this. I keep driving and doing everything, far from done with outback, told to upgrade my festival and force me to select it, then when I upgrade it looks like this.
For me it's impossible to finish a single area, as about 30-40% into all the new blips I'm told to upgrade due to fan capacity which just spams the screen with twice as many.
Felt annoying at the start, now it just feels overwhelming. And I'm almost at fan capacity AGAIN.

You might have 2 level five areas but you will have a level one in the city probably.
If you have unlocked all four areas, 2 of them will be at one no doubt.
I'm at level 4 Byron Bay and I can see you haven't done anywhere near everything in the area.
You haven't done things I haven't done yet and I'm at level 4.
I can build 2 more areas but my map is full of blips as it already is I've yet to even start those. Both areas look the same to me, both level 5 and im already at capacity again. Feels like 5 blips equals capacity.
Like I said, it feels very off. I would imagine a progression system would go about making you do each area to almost completion before trucking along with more blips.
And I've only done things once, never multiple times.

Just started playing this a few hours ago and I am already addicted. The online modes reminds me a bit of Burnout Paradise.

By the sounds of it you have did the same with the outback.

You don't get sent codes. The store grants you the licenses when you buy the Ultimate Edition. Just play and it should be unlocked.

Other two are not any level, I've yet to build them. I was so busy finishing up outback, hit 5 there, game told me to upgrade what's seen in the image, I've been driving around here now and I'm now capped again and need to expand to my third area.
The issue is not a lot of content, but the fan generation being incredibly generous. I needed like 500 or something K followers more and it was done in like 30 minutes or something.
Too fast compared to what's left of the content on the map. At this rate I won't even see half of it while I expand the two others to 5.
So yes, 2x level 5 and 2x not built and the 2x 5 that I was told to upgrade have the same amount of content left in them saying NEW
