Says I'm too early, not available to play and check the launch times.
Some boat. Clicking the icon on my Xbox One it says something about an error that the game got refunded or cancelled, so I think I'm boned.

Are you signed in on the website? It should say your first name next to your profile picture at the top right if you are.
Those stores are linked/the same, so it shouldn't be showing on one but not for the other, I would think.

My eBay seller was super nice about it and is giving me a refund. I can't imagine why they'd try to fight it, they know what they did. Sucks, I had ever reason to believe when I bought it that it was legit.

Mine was removed as well. I went and checked ebay and the guy I bought mine from sold 60 keys at $30 bucks a pop. A $30 lesson learned. Not sure if I can do anything about it.
Now to wait for the shitstorm at BST...
Ebay will ALWAYS side with the buyer on digital purchases, since they're not allowed. Ask for a refund and you will get it. If you don't, file a ebay dispute. You will win it.

I double checked with Forza Horizon 3 which is newly added and it displays identically, so I'm guessing it's a quirk of the site

Yea, already messaged my seller on eBay that I might need a refund and I told them I know they got theirs from the Amazon glitch. Awaiting their response now.
My friend who got a legitimate code from Amazon through the purchase of his 1070 was told to wait by Nvidia. After he provided proof of purchase, they said they will get back to him in a few days with another code.
They are cracking down hard on this. The scammers will for the most part get away scott free whereas it's the second hand key buyers who got screwed. That's always the danger when doing something like this. Lesson learned I suppose.

He'll get banned if he doesn't and his account locked, no power to him, he sold you a code he took off amazon for free. Don't praise him >_>
It's gone from the windows store and on my Xbox One. The Xbox One store says "To play this, you'll need to buy it. Either the purchase was refunded or your preorder was canceled. If you didn't cancel it make sure sure your payment info is current blah blah blah...

I'm gonna need some help here, I think the seller is trying to trick me. He says he can refund me portion of the charge and then provide me proof of purchase that the key was legit. Can he chargeback on this supposed "refund" later on? I've never done a PayPal recharge so I don't know the tricks.
If he sends it as a payment he could if he sends under normal way, but not if he sends it F&F. If he sends it as refund he couldn't.

Don't you still have yours? It's possible it is legit and you keep yours. Unlikely but possible.
But you bought on ebay just file a dispute for full refund if it stops working. I wouldn't accept partial refund.
I called out his bluff, I asked him why is he offering partial refund if he knows the keys are legitimate. I will see what he says now.
It's not possible it was legit, the guy did at least 3x10 sales for those Gears keys. Unless he bought 30 GPUs and kept them, and decided to sell the keys at $15 USD each...

Either your purchase was refunded or your preorder was canceled. If you didn't cancel it, make sure your payment info is current in Settings > All settings > Account > Payment & billing. (0x803f8007)

Well yeah obviously not legit. He's just trying to scam some money from you imo. I wouldn't accept anything less than a full refund, eBay will side with you anyway so no reason to give him free money.

Yea, now he's saying I could be lying and just asked for a refund because I decided I didn't like the game. I told it the game hadn't launched yet so it's not possible to do that...
