I've got mine preordered from Amazon with release date delivery so I'm gonna keep it. That said, if it's faulty I imagine I may have to wait a bit for a replacement which would really suck.

This did struck me as odd. I've tried these in a bunch of different gamestops and best buys and they have had no tracking issues to the severity that Jeff was getting on his headset.
