Just not at 30, right?

Interesting - thanks all.
As a console player I am obviously not expressing a view but I thought that most people could live with 30 fps in single player - subject to IQ etc etc.
I do like single player games and 30 fps has never bothered me on console. It's all about the story right? Right?
Have people become completely unable to accept framerates lower than 60 now?
How this is a big issue is just mystifying to me.
I'm so incredibly happy it doesn't matter to me. If the game was made for 30 fps, then that is the way I'll play it and it's absolutely fine.

There's no such thing as a 3D game being "made for 30 fps".

A lot of games have certain aspects tied to their frame rate, for example, MGSV's physics. Throw a grenade there above 60 FPS and it'll hang in the air.Wasn't a Souls game made for 30 fps because it tied the game's logic or whatever to its framerate? :^)
Not that I think he's right.
Any way to go back in the Stream where he shows in game PC options? I'm having a hard time understanding how a PC game in 2016 would possibly accept a 30fps frame rate cap, especially with the engine Hangar 13 is utilizing...
