What can he possibly do at this point? Here is my super duper Trump Miracle map

He could lose Nevada and then ME-2 and then he'd... be at 272 and still lose.

Amazing thread title.

I really hope Hillary is also focusing on the states Trump is abandoning, I really want her to get the Senate and some more seats in the House.

What's Funny is VA is the only blue state he even has a shot at on your map.

I mean maaaybe co, nm, and nv but all of them and VA are long shots. And that's without Ohio or Florida going blue potentially.

Oh geez, he really is targeting PA, isn't he?

Yeah... Plus there are aging zealots who think Trump will A.) actually bring factories/mills back to Pittsburgh, and B.) believe this is somehow a good idea.

The sooner he stops trying to pander to my state, the better.
The sooner every politician stops caring about my state the better. Let us keep being ignored dammit, I'm sick of these ads.

I wonder if we'll be able to pin point the exact moment when higher ups at Fox tell everyone on the network to turn tail from Trump.

This is beautiful.

I feel like I can rest a bit.

I don't want a bad ending for this ride, it's had its lows already

I want Hillary to empower women throughout the world and keep making sure minorities can rise up in the US. I feel like I grew up a little bit keeping my eyes glued to this election. I liked Bernie once, but after all of this crap, I'm happy you guys ended up with Hillary.

Who is the new Fox News head?

Its like he doesn't like Trump or something. In what reality are we living in that a Fox News poll say 42% of voters think she would make a very good President?

Twilight Zone?

The transition of Colorado and Virginia from "Toss-Up" to "Likely Democratic" status is probably one of the most under-appreciated stories of this election. The Democrat already starts off with a pretty solid electoral college advantage, and adding these 22EVs to that math is simply mind-blowing.

So many metaphors and puns to be made from the thread title... too bad I'm just sick of hearing about Trump and his sexual deviancy. Fuck him.

Funny how the head got impeached (lol) because of sexual harassment and now Trump is getting slain.

It seems that respect for women is the one thing that is universal in the mission statement for both parties
but of course not their choices right?

they're laying the groundwork for next time so they can look back and go "we had nothing to do with Trump. see *pointing at this week and ignoring the past decade*"

they're smart enough to know being linked to him is a bad move now. If he was winning though they wouldn't care.

From NBC..

The move to pull out of Virginia shows Trump is "running essentially a four state campaign," with the focus now shifting to battlegrounds critical to his chances in November: Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, and Ohio, a source with knowledge of the decision told NBC News.

If this means I'll soon stop seeing Trump ads in Colorado I will be SO happy...

So totally bogus.

We'll see. This is from the OP article:

The decision came from Trump's headquarters in New York and was announced on a conference call late Wednesday that left some Republican Party operatives in the state blindsided. Two staffers directly involved in the GOP's efforts in Virginia confirmed the decision.

Trump's former Virginia state chairman, Corey Stewart, who was recently fired by the Trump campaign for organizing a protest outside Republican National Committee headquarters, called the move "totally premature."

Stewart was not on the conference call, but said he was informed by a staffer who was.

However...

Another Trump campaign staffer, who declined to be named, pushed back on the characterization, insisting that the decision hadn't been finalized. "There have been conversations about shifting resources," the source said, "but I haven't gotten any definitive answer on anything."

Of the latest move out of Virginia, the source read it as "this says the RNC is not helping."

"It's fair to say money was allocated," one source said of the Virginia operation, declining to confirm what the specific amount allocated was. "But now they're looking to move personnel to a state that some people think is more important."

Based on all this, the right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing. I suspect resources are being moved to other states but the campaign isn't fully shutting down operations in Virginia (which would practically be conceding the election). But we'll see how this develops.

From the article:

"We are the Trump campaign so this idea that we're pulling out of Virginia is completely ridiculous," said co-chair and spokesman with the Virginia campaign, John Fredericks.

The Virginia supporters are standing strong against these national reports that Trump is pulling out of the state.

"These reports are so totally bogus. I've never seen anything like this in my life," said Fredericks.

So...totally...bogus...

I'm just making fun of that dude. Feels like a weird thing to say.
