Got a mask from www.wintercroft.com

Specifically this one

Nice. I got the ram mask for last Halloween - wore it with a nice suit to a party and it held up surprisingly well through the night.

This year I'm going as Pyramid Head:

I've got the helmet made and I'm working on a sword at the moment. Went to a consignment store the other night for a robe and I have a pair of boots that'll do nicely. All that's left after that are some latex gloves and I'll be good to go. Might post a picture of it when it's all put together.

Slutty witch. Garter belt, thigh high spiderweb stockings, the works.

I'm 6'2", 285lb and bearded.

Sister does wedding makeup on the side and she's giving me smokey eye and contour. I'm gonna be beautiful.

Going as The Wall, just two large pieces of cardboard panels painted like a wall with the front all gold and Trumped up and then the back painted up as a tribute to Pink Floyd's The Wall.

I was going to do "Sexy" Trump's Wall, but I'm too lazy to get fishnets.

ha! My Halloween claim to fame is being a male Leelo in her bandage outfit from Fifth Element. I'm 265 and a bit shorter than you. I'm not bearded but I've got a surplus of body hair.

i'm going as frank and my gf is going as liz lemon from 30 rock cuz it's easy. putting to much time into costumes is a pain if you're just gonna get drunk and fuck em up anyway.

i wanted to go as wayne and garth

BoJack Horseman.

I was a mostly screen accurate Kylo Ren last year, and buying all the material was a solid $300, and then I still had to buy the lightsaber ($160) and the helmet ($100) and boots ($60). By the time it was totally finished the price had reached stupidly expensive levels for something I didn't even plan on wearing to any conventions. It was also incredibly hot and frustrating at parties.

Anyway, this year I thought I would try to do an "affordable" and perhaps more comfortable costume, which quickly spiraled out of control. Sweater accuracy was pretty important to me, so I started with a $30 piece from H&M that came closest to the brighter blue one in the show. I'm working on the stitching pattern right now. I copped some red converse and blue turquoise pants on amazon that are coming today. Grabbed a terribly fitting grey blazer that matches fairly well, but I have to take it in this afternoon.

Then the horsemask. I wasn't planning on doing the horsemask, having never been a fan of the aesthetic or comfort levels. Looks terrible. But then I stumbled across a stupidly cheap one while I was waiting for my girlfriend to buy some stuff for her own costume, and I couldn't resist. I'm like an hour deep into painting it, and today I just need to finish the other half, figure out what to do with the gaping mouth, and dye the hair black. Probs will update this post with final version of the whole setup later today.

No plans so I didn't bother getting anything together. I have a couple good ideas for costumes I want to do one of these years but I never get around to it..

Printing out a Trump mask, and gluing it to cardboard. That's it. But I'm not going to a party or anything. Just going to hand out candy.

Man I wish I had found this place before. Need something tomorrow, and that stuff is kinda awesome. Woulda been original too.

Buy the pattern, go to a fed ex office location, get it printed on heavy card stock (I did it with their skull mask, cost me about 4 bucks), get you an exacto knife and some really good glue at the craft store, and get to work. I made the mask in about 2 hours, and it looked pretty great.

That's pretty lit fam, have any pics?

I made a pyramid head costume for/with my friend last year and it was stupidly fun:

I wont dress up as anything probably. I've lost 125 pounds this year and I considered dressing up as myself from a year ago with all my huge clothes as a gag, but decided against it. I don't think I've dressed up for Halloween in like 15 years.

You need to get a dark blue sweater and blue jeans to complete the BoJack look!

Dressing up as Lucas from Mother 3 (well, tbh I've not played Mother 3 yet but he's my main in Smash 4)

Got a wig, T-shirt and shorts, still working on the Rope Snake puppet made from a litter picker for grabbing/zairing people.
