Last time Cuomo tried to lightly restrict guns a bit, it was a huge ordeal and there are still "IMPEACH CUOMO" signs all over the sticks, even a couple years later.
It's possible. It does look like Hillary's numbers have rebounded in a big way over the last 24 hours or so. I don't know how reliable these numbers are though. I feel like it would be incredibly weird for Hillary to win comfortably and the Dems not take the senate but hey, strangers things have happened.

Just remember that White voter turnout is almost almost one million voters higher as well. Obviously we don't have full demographic breakdowns but I refuse to be calm about Florida, North Carolina, and Florida because of early voting.

States matter, not people. See the difference there? Nominees can campaign wherever they want, but at least everyone's vote would mean the same thing. Even in states that are currently die hard red or blue, if you vote for the other candidate then your vote doesn't matter. If the EC didn't exist, then everyone who voted would be equally as important. Why shouldn't that be the case?
