Regardless, my apologies for our harping on about Brexit - I really think a lot of people have no idea how incredibly anxious and scared it's made a lot of us Brits. The EU has been a fixture since before most of us here on GAF were born. We're totally losing our way, and a huge part of our identity, and we're frightened it could happen to you too - even though yes, rationally, we know it probably won't since our situations are so different.

Just to be clear, I don't think comparisons between the pro-Brexit movement and the pro-Trump movement are remotely unfair. But I do think it's sort of silly to just lazily throw Brexit out there to denote that polls don't always pan out. Trump could win. But I honestly don't think there's an overwhelming amount of Clinton supporters popping champagne bottles already. If anything, I think many are overly cautious right now.

If you can imagine it, one of his sons (Eric) did THE SAME THING:

OMFG! Someone help whoever is next to him. They're missing half their body!

lol secret trump voters.

I've never met a Trump supporter that didn't let me know about it.

Some of em are low key when trying to gauge your reaction to Trump. For me anyway. Their sales pitch about Trump's policies sounds like a shitty infomercial selling those glorified hot plates.

Whoa. Consider the source, but DrudgeReport.com is saying Hillary won Pennsylvania, but lost North Carolina, Ohio, Iowa, and Arizona.

No one has a read on Florida voting yet, but we all know if Hillary wins Florida, she wins the race.
But if Trump gets Florida ('Yuge' IF) - and Drudge's results are correct on the others - that means he'd be at 259 with a handful of toss-ups left. If the electoral college ends in a 269-269 tie, the Senate - also up for grabs - picks the President.

Really...?

Oh absolutely. I'm not celebrating until the last vote has been cast.

Huh?

Ohio has been trending Trump for well over a month to the point where Clinton stopped advertising there.

Ohio was always a must-win for Trump, not so much for Clinton.

Clinton stopped advertising in Ohio? I live in Ohio and see constant commercials for Hillary and she was in Ohio a couple days ago when LeBron endorsed her again.

Much of Tampa is pretty "get r dun", so I wouldn't be surprised it goes Trump.

FL is tricky, cause besides lot of areas being pretty southern, the hispanic community is heavy on Cubans and they love Republicans, cause they hate how easy the Democrats keep being on Cuba. They detest Castro's Cuba, and despite it all, love how hard they believe the Republicans are on the island.

Cubans love trump and the republican party

None of this is actually true.

Tampa is decidedly NOT redneck. It's surrounded by fairly rural counties, but Hillsborough is/will be Blue. Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando? Yeah, more Red.

Cubans are slightly north of 30% of the Latinx population, Puerto Ricans (Boricua) have far outstripped them and are the driving force behind the Clinton EV surge. Cubans have been trending less GOP as the older generations die off. The younger Cubans, who are now voting, are basically in-line with the wider Millenial cohort's voting patterns.

Chill, Clinton is in the drivers seat, and we will know a lot more when polls close. If you want a bellwether, keep an eye how Duval comes in. It's a GOP County that Clinton has a 4K EV lead in, which is nearly unprecedented.

I just encountered two cases of Electioneering at my polling place in a Chicago suburb.

1) Jack Franks (Democrat), well within 100' of the polling place standing side by side with supporters blocking the sidewalk. You couldn't get past him without an encounter. He lost my vote. I vote straight Democrat except for him. That is sleazy.

2) A guy in the parking lot well past the 'no election signs' sign walking around with a big sign for Skillicorn (Republican).

As soon as I got home I called and reported both to the local election officials. They said they would report it but I should have gone to an election judge to have them removed. I feel bad for not doing that in hindsight.

I would advise you to reread the beginning of your second sentence again.

I saw a fucking Trump backyard shrine when I went down to visit in Hollywood...

And like 6 houses in a row with Trump signs in Kendall

Pretty happy that I live in a suburb in the outskirts of the Atlanta metro area (45 min away from downtown) and there isn't a single Trump sign.

Pretty sure GA Republicans ain't impressed with him.

Hillary sent a message to Pantsuit Nation. Amazing.

Dear Pantsuit Nation (have you ever heard a better name?!),

On this historic day, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your support from the bottom of my heart.

This election hasn't been easy: It's been long, hard-fought, and at times it made us question who we are as Americans. For some of you, it's been difficult to feel like you could wear your support on your sleeve -- and that's why this community has been such a special place. Your stories and photos of family members and friends are wonderful to see, but what truly warms my heart is the thousands of comments of support and love you all send to each other. I'm honored and humbled to have all of you with me, but I'm even prouder to see this community represent the best of America: people of all backgrounds and beliefs who share a vision for a brighter future for our children, and who have each other's backs. That's who we really are, and tonight, we're going to prove it.
Thank you all so much for your support, your hard work, and your votes. Tonight, I hope we'll finally break through that highest, hardest glass ceiling together, and use those pantsuits for the best occasion of all -- celebrating!

Anyone got a link to a CNN or Fox News live feed for us Aussie plebs?

Im in canada and i just went to the main cnn page and they had a little video player on the left hand side, it's doing their current tv stuff on there minus the commercials (it just goes silent while the commercials run)

A) Drudge Report... why ... why are you even paying attention

B) Even if Hillary loses every one of those states she still wins if she carries PA, MI, WI, and NV or NH

I don't get that theory, cause if there are secret trump voters. There are secret Clinton voters too.

To be honest I'm a believer in the secret Clinton voter theory.

Think about it - there are bound to be GOPer women out there who want to support the first female POTUS ever (I wanted to and I'm a guy) - there are also bound to be people who support Clinton or will vote for her, but don't show it due to Trump trolls/conspiracy memes and BS, etc...

It's far more hostile to be a Clinton supporter on the internet (and even IRL) than a Trump supporter in a lot of places.
