What you can do also is go to fedex and track by reference. Simply put your order number and zipcode.
Again people that ordered from Samsung and are getting AGS, give them a call. AGS had my wrong phone number and then handed off the package to another 3rd party delivery service. They called this morning to schedule a drop-off but wouldn't of had my correct number had I not called AGS. It's all been a pain in the ass but could have been worse if I wasn't pestering them.

Had the same issue since I used PayPal credit, just called them. Told me my order was a-okay and that it was on backorder until today, then they'll ship it out later today or tomorrow.
What is AGS? Should we call them even if our delivery still says preparing for shipment? When did you order and which version did you order?
For some people it seems to be their standard shipping service. Samsung will notify you it shipped and provide a link to the AGS tracking page. There'll be a number on there that you can call and make sure they have all the correct information, but I'd wait until you get that initial tracking info. They also only seem to update tracking once a day.
Orderd the 60" on 11/2. It seems like people that got in on the deal later in the week are a bit back ordered. To be fair it does say something like up to 7 days to process and ship and then 1-3 days for shipping, so you may just have to hold tight.

Nice!! What size did you get? I got the 65 inch.
And the weight thing seems to be messed up. On samsung website it says shipping weight is like 65 pounds. Yet AGS tracking says something like 112. I'm confused.

For my friends who also ordered a ks8000 from Samsung EPP.
Spoke to Samsung yesterday as they have not updated anything since my order was placed, others have indicated that they got the shipping information even after the TV was already delivered. I couldn't live with that since I work in downtown NYC. Samsung told me it was still processing and they would be shipping it with AGS. Said ok cool, so I call AGS today and they don't even have me in their system. I never heard of AGS so I decided to track via Fed-ex Tracking Reference, and low and behold my TV is set to arrive tomorrow by Fed-ex.
Go to Fed-ex and track by Reference number, put in your sammy order number, country and zip code and hopefully you will get more information

I went with 60" but kind of wish I waited for the $750 55" since it's not that much of a difference, and I read the 60" screen can be messed up. Oh well, I'm still pumped, will be a big upgrade from my 40".
Ya me too, I got mine in a few hours before you, and I have yet to receive shipping notification.
What I did get a shipping notification for today was my PS4 Pro!
And I took today off to do all kinds of shit around the house including preparing for this TV, and I moved my 55 to my bedroom last night so I have no living room till this thing comes. Heh, the 55 looks ridiculous in my bedroom. I've never put that large of a screen in there.
For being a tech company their shipping is baffling. Like you said some people haven't even had notifications and it shows up on their doorstep.

I used PayPal credit also so this is good to know. When did you order? I'm curious if mine will arrive this week, but I ordered late Saturday.

I do.. IT is awesome. I guess its the one showing at best buy for like 1400-1500. Great TV with a HDR firmware update.

Yeah wish I had noticed the EPP thing earlier. I'm actually returning my 65" KS8000 at the end of this month. Not satisfied with it as my main TV, but a sub-$800 55" is too good to pass up for my guest room.
What are you going for as a replacement?
I owned this set for 2 weeks. Black levels were a deal breaker for me, everything looked washed out all the time, especially dark scenes. I watched The Witch with subtitles, and every time text came up on the screen, the already gray black levels were obliterated, lighting up the whole panel, very poor.
I went with the ks8000 to replace it and it destroys the 850d, no contest.
Ive basically been warning people about the 850d whenever I can, as Best Buy seems to really push it, claiming it to be better than the KS8000 and the Vizio P. Avoid the hassle of a return and go for something better

Waiting on 2017 OLEDs. Will be without a large display in the meantime, or will get a cheap stand-in (the EPP KS8000 would have been perfect at its price) to hold me over. Would like my new main display to last several years at least.

Looks like one of them ordered saturday around 12:30 am and other late afternoon on saturday.
I ordered a 60" and mine is still pending ,credit card is not refunded.
For me I have no tracking info yet and says "preparing order for shipment".

I ordered mine saturday around noon, thats when we had confirmed the bestbuy deal was worse.
I called samsung, they were able to confirm there are bunch of 60" available at time of order, and it should be shipping out in next 48hours.

I should have clarified. The one that I ordered is the 55". I sent their customer support an email to make sure everything is OK with the order. I called but after being on hold for 15 minutes, I had to go back to work.

Bummer. Shows as 1.2k for the 55 for me and I signed up two days ago.
couldn't get in on the PAW being in Canada, don't like the idea of not being able to return it.
Basically through friends discounts at work, or independent stores I'm looking at the 49" X800D for 1050 CDN all in, or the 55" KS8000 for 1795 CDN all in no returns or exchanges, or 2000 for the 55" KS8000 with the ability to return it.
I currently have a 51" Samsung plasma that has done me great, not sure how I'll feel about going down 2 inches (which isn't much.)
Also struggling with deciding if the KS8000 benefits are worth the 800-1000 difference over the X800D.

Dude, holy shitballs, i'm home from work today because i'm expecting a home gym delivery that I have to sign for... the doorbell rings, and instead it's my fucking TV! I didn't get a shipping confirmation or anything, but now I see that my payment posted to my amex card (via paypal)... i hadn't checked that in the last 24 hours or so.
It's incredibly lucky that it came today when I happened to be off. If only that PS4 pro could miraculously arrive one day early...
Edit: just after submitting the post, the other delivery guy shows up. Busy busy time now, woohoo

Edit: I got home and saw the side of a package on my front porch. I got all excited only to see it was way too small to be a TV, and was instead a fucking hamper my fiancé ordered. Huge letdown.

So my Samsung KS8000 came in today and just my luck, I end up with a damaged TV :/ Thanks Amazon. Actually it's most likely FedEx's fault. Fuck, man..

That's a shitty deal. It is one of the reason's I don't order TVS from a place that doesn't ship via Large Freight carrier. Fed Ex, UPS etc. are a disaster when it comes to TVs. In the Vizio P thread on AVS, one guy had 4 arrived smashed shipped via UPS from Costco (They only use large freight carriers on TV over 55"). Then the 5th was shipped by a large freight carrier and it was fine.
Don't they typically deliver the replacement TV the same day they pick up the damaged one? At least you would know on the spot whether the replacement is good.
