BBC saying the lack of black people voting could be a big hit for Hillary. They had a spokesman on there saying black people are disillusioned.

And single issue voters. It's hard to convince someone who has their mind made up on a candidate if that person is promising them jobs or whatever, regardless of their other positions. Like they say, its not personal, it's politics.

If Hunter S Thompson was alive, he'd kill with the analysis.

Yeah, single issue voters kill me. It also ties into why I absolutely loathe voting along party lines - it's like, do you really boil everything that is truly important to one issue? The typical Senator/Governor/President deaths with hundreds, if not thousands of issues, and the one you hold so dear is likely just 1% of the politicians concern.

If Trump wins, Canada needs to build a wall to prevent all the American's who want to leave America... and we should make America pay for it.

I'm so sorry you guys

We understand. Save yourselves.

Northern Virginia still has yet to come in, which will be all Hillary.

Hillary is up big in Pennsylvania.

Michigan is still way too early, but she's obviously the favorite.

Again, everyone needs to relax.

We are looking likely at a one term president either way. Both parties need to take a long hard look the mirror and figure out what the hell to do to actually deliver candidates that people want in 2020. Seriously get your shit together.

The biggest fear here is a Republican Senate and President. Say goodbye to any progress we've made. America will go back to the 30's

Trump is pulling in stronger in the southern states than Romney because even though he is a shithead he isn't Mormon so the evangelicals are ok voting for him. In Northern Florida they have talked about in some republican areas trump is up as high as 80k votes in some areas over what Romney had

I'm not surprise Clinton is underperforming Obama.

I am surprise that Trump is over performing Romney. I guess people like a loud mouth? It amazes me people don't actually listen to what he saids, just how he saids it.

Hillary was satan to republicans and a wet blanket to democrats.

How did nobody see this coming. Maybe we should raise our standards for candidates in the future.

lol

BBC Guest; "This is the difference between a builder and a blabber!"
Andrew Neil; "Which is which?
BBC Guest; *laughs* "You've got someone who builds hotels-"

I honestly thought she meant building politically lol

I would be ok with welcoming all the progressive Americans into Canada, make sure to bring NY and California with you though ;)

Echo chamber and attacked anyone that was any bit critical of hillary. The country isn't this filled with racists and sexists. People hate the established career politicians.

I'm sorry but that is absolute horseshit. A lot of Trump voters just voted to put their established politicians in the Senate and House back in there.

This is making me sick. Feels like Brexit all over again and that felt horrible the first time. I was hoping it would be the only time. What the hell.

Whatever happens...

Let's all vow to do our best to never let it reach this point again.

Let's all become better people to compensate for this becoming a worse country.

Instead of giving into despair, let's double down. We'll become more knowledgeable, and do more with that knowledge. We'll reach out to more people. We'll expand our ambitions. Even if Trump wins, we can still grow our place in the world, and do more to make it a better place.

A Trump victory would be an incredible blow to society, but we can survive. This is a lesson to replace complacency with action, to never again take anything for granted, and to not look to national politics for progress. It starts with us and our communities.

We're in this together. We'll be alright.

The wall is the least of our worries. Worst case 28 MXN per USD, best case 24 MXN per USD. That is current predictions. Currently 1 USD = 18.67 MXN.

And let's not forget whatever changes he does to the NAFTA.

Yup, pretty sure the people who stand to lose the most due to Trump being elected are mexicans living in Mexico. The peso will tank hard. Even with a Clinton win there's this feeling uncertainty, but certainly pales with a Trump presidency.

Even if Hilary wins this thing, I'm not going to be happy with these results. The fact that it's this close is sickening to me.
Same fucking here. Even if Hillary somehow does pull this off, which is now looking like it will not happen, I have zero fucking clue how we are even in this place to begin with, nevermind him actually winning.

If he wins, I can say with the utmost of sincerity this is the darkest time I have personally seen for America in my 41 years on this planet.
