Funny thing how this works both ways. A Trump presidency probably does reduce the risk of war between the US and Russia. But if Trump's statements are anything to go by, it massively increases the risk of war in Europe for everyone else. This is a golden opportunity for Russia to attack the Baltics and watch NATO crumble when Trump decided that there's nothing in it for the US to get involved.

As a Swede, I'm terrified of the implications of this. We're not part of NATO but we will absolutely get dragged in regardless. I think it's time I started stocking food and water, we're not self-sufficient and if war disrupts trade, we might actually get hit by starvation.
