President-Elect Trump responds to protestors, via Twitter.

Y'all should have a little more respect to your new president.

This is such a bs argument.

Like the republicans who had respect for Obama right? He got shit on for 8 years and now people are getting mad and saying people should be more accepting? Lmao.

Did she actually say Trump took a step down by being President? If son, that's the second time I have heard that. The first time was by his older son. How in the hell can becoming President be considered a step down?

Regarding Orange fuckface's tweet. I can't believe they gave it back. This will be the first President that gets into a Twitter war with someone.

I had no idea I was considered a professional protester. Will I get a tax break for being a professional protester under his new plan?

That is of course true. Elections however work by voting, and by protesting about it, the result can't be changed. It could be changed, 3 days ago, by voting for Clinton.

That change didn't exactly happen this week. It was known for two years.

How do you know the people protesting didn't vote?

If anything, I would imagine those that give enough of a shit to protest probably gave enough of a shit to vote.

He is an idiot for saying this, but he is also right. The moment to protest was on the 8th of November, in the voting booth. He won, fair and square as far as we know. In Brexit you could at least blame the politicians lying. Trump was completely honest about his depravity.

the problem is that call them professional protester, hinting they have been paid by someone to do that
that's dangerous

Okay, after the shit that has spewed from his mouth, especially in the last year, and yet his still thinks the reaction is unfair. This country done fucked up, big time!

Love these petty 3am doublespeak tweets from our next world leader.

This is a nightmare.

Rofl at the blatant beckpedaling. This is truly one of the worst presidents ever, and he hasn't even started yet.

Here's the scary part some see, but I think most don't:

Blaming the media for protests is the first step to silencing the media and protests.

Yeah, I see two big reactions to this tweet from here and on Twitter: either "Geez, thin skinned Donald Trump again! Can't believe this moron is our President." and "This is how it begins."

I don't want to believe the latter one is right... but I'm afraid.

I mean I don't know why it seems odd to me now but Trump tweeting in the same format he's done the entire election by providing an impression followed by a short reaction in three words or less to end the tweet just seems so much worse now knowing that this is the POTUS.

This is hilarious. What will happen is: -

1. This guy will have a heart attack. No way can this moron handle the pressure, no number of private secretaries and office assistants can get this loon out of bed.

2. This guy will do just fine, because he won't do his job properly and America will suffer from his lazy and moronic leadership.

*But seriously guys, I do not think this is hilarious. Coming from someone in the UK, the other night was Brexit Part 2. for me. Seeing all of the attacks on minorities and hearing about the tearing up of climate change legislation - I have already wept. I am very very sad.

This is the guy who wouldn't accept it if the election went against him.

This is the guy who's followers openly talked about revolting if he lost, encouraged by him.

Fuck.

You.

Similar protests will likely be the first major challenge faced by his administration. If at that point he continues to try to push the idea that they are paid off or not a result of genuine concern, that's actually state propaganda villanizing political opposition.

Well, maybe not quite if he genuinely believes in media interference and people being unfairly mean to him. That's just a horrible disconnect between him and reality, another shitty situation.

Well if the protests get too much for trump we can watch the police beat them down.
