"Streamer" "shows off" "Nintendo Switch" live on stream.

Yep, we messed up on the buttons. Were really bummed out about that, but didn't have time to redo it unfortunately.

I need to have you guys do some mockups of some cancelled stuff sometime :)

Sure thing :)

Don't know if you can answer me this, but how much did it cost to make the fake?

Can't say sorry, you will have to ask Etika.

You did the box as well? Cause that was a really sleek design.

I hope Nintendo goes in a similar direction.

Hah, yep, it's laser cut MDF spray painted black. :)

Why though? Was it your idea or his?

We were approached by him.

Sure thing :)

Id love a mockup of the Nintendo Playstation, or an M2 (real ones of this exist anyway), or the Sega Neptune. Can't imagine what any of it would cost, but it could be useful as I start to do some shows next year hopefully...

What about the PS3 Boomerang :).

Probably 3d printed by himself. (I'm not sure if he confirmed that or it's me remembering things that didn't happen)

Hah, actually we make and sell them

Sure, just shoot me a message when you are ready

Yeah, that really sucks. They fixed the article now though.

Both of these "too good to be 3D printed" fakes are made by the same guy. He's 2/2 on "too good to be faked."

I'm just so impressed with how well crafted these are!
Yeah, dude is a wizard.

lmao Kotaku...

Additionally, Etika’s latest video about “Life With Nintendo Switch,” previously linked to in this piece, disclosed that the Switch is fake. We apologize for the error.

While it's good they are willing to correct a mistake. The article should have never gone out like it did in the first place. The entirety of the original claim (that he was claiming this was true as evidenced by his recent video and collecting money to protect himself from Nintendo) is gone after multiple flaws in the information were pointed out. This would have been quickly locked had it been a gaf thread.

A little research goes a long way.

You would have to be stupid, if you actually believe that some annoying youtuber actually got his hands on the Switch.

There are alot of stupid people in the world.

Edit: Just gone back a few pages and people on here actually believed it was real?. What actual thought process would lead you to believe this?.
