Why would you assume Zarya is a lesbian?

It makes me irrationally angry that everyone assumes Zarya is a lesbian because she is muscled and has short, pink hair.

If she ends up being gay then that is fine and cool and whatever, but like the only reasons people think she is gay is because she fits the butch lesbian stereotype.
