I think that's supposed to be Tracer, and him and Ana are reminiscing about running Overwatch.

Tracer was one of the last recruits into the organization before it imploded.

Junk's and Road's relationship always to me seemed like bros looking out and caring for each other living the criminal life, with Roadhog acting as the older brother henchmen. Not every relationship needs to be shipped.

Hopefully they stop the cast shipping at Mercy/Genji.
